U give this company 5 stars, since this company is ripping off hundreds of customers ( see facebook reviews) Trust Pilot is complicit with fraud. Encouraging FRAUD. are u proud of that?

i booked 2 tickets to USA but when i tried to make check in the night before the flight it didn't allow me to check in.
so i called the operator - United airlines and they claimed that Travel junction have not fully booked and paid for these tickets thus we cant make check in!
i tried calling travel junction who claim to be open 24/7 but that's a lie and only an answer machine comes up and as many messages i left no one called back.
i also emailed them but to no avail.
at the end i found a number of their office in canada and was on the phone to them for over an hour being transferred from one person to another with none of them even finding my ticket through their very own reference numbers!!!
finally after around 1.5 hours (international call) the check in started working - as it looks they finalised the ticket while they kept me on the phone!
i went to bed 3:30! and had to get up 4:45!

This is the biggest SCAM I have ever experienced !
They took my money for a round trip flight from Atlanta to Panama City Florida. Confirmed my reservations and then within 5 minutes sent me an e-mail stating there was a problem. They booked a flight from Panama City to Atlanta, but could not book a flight from Atlanta to Panama City. This was obviously no good for me because I had to get there to use the ticket to come back ! They informed me that I would have to pay for the ticket and could not cancel. Then they said they could arrange a flight down for an extra $ 350. When I told them to cancel the whole deal, they said I could not get a refund ! I finally negotiated a refund, but had to pay $ 60 for the taxes. I decided to take the deal to recover most of my money. This is no way to operate a business....it is a big scam !
I am sure a lot of people find themselves in a bind and go ahead and pay additional money. Basically it is a " bait and switch scam "

UPDATE, shortly after posting this review, the "customer support reception desk" texted me and threatened that he wouldn't refund me unless i deleted this review.
Shows their level of liability.

We purchased round trip tickets Montreal-Casablanca (in which the seats were advertised as available), and 2 days after the purchase we were notified by phone by "Henry" and told us that there were no longer seats available for our return.
He threatened us to pay an extra fee of 668.90$ in the next 2 hours or else we lose our money.

We immediatly called our bank to report fraud and filed a complaint to GRC and customer protection offices.

Henry was super condescending and laughed in our faces and said he doest care and figure it out ourselves.

They refuse to communicate any détails by email, always by phone to make sure they dont leave any traces of their manigances.

I asked "Henry" several times to stop communicating by phone and reply to my emails. He refused and insisted to call me repetitively and send me text messages (from a completly different number).

This company must be shut down for illegal activities.

Stay away and never trust this "travel" agency and their fake agents.

you book at a certain price online and the next day they call you saying that the price has increased and you must pay in addition, otherwise you can cancel with cancellation fees around the same amount. Basically you are taken hostage and have no choice but to pay. Thieves!!!!!!
