EasyJet have lost the plot

EasyJet have lost the plot. Last 4 flights canceled without sending an e-mail. Only found out each time because I know what they are like and checked the flight status! Why sell flights with no plan to operate it? Almost like a cash flow scheme! They have also made sure you cannot get in touch with anyone. I now use SAS, more expensive but reliable.

Yay! Very pleased with Easyjet😊

Happy to be writing this review( for once)! Easyjet ✈gave us back our money 👏(Yes Easyjet) for name and destination change, ⏳1.5 week after they told us they had to cancel the flights; however not happy 🤬with the other agents who still owe us🗣over £1000, despite Easyjet(🏅deserves a gold medal) refunding them for our flights. Think you know who they are....if you ❤ holidays.com!

EasyJet voucher

Contacted EasyJet re obtaining a voucher as I was no longer able to take my flight to Turkey due to changes in quarantine rules. Got straight through, lady was very helpful and voucher emailed immediately. Much easier than expected.

The worse experience ever

The worse experience ever. They CANCELLED my flight and then would NOT REFUND me. If I could give them no stars I would have. I filled out a refund request in early March they said it would take 7 days to refund - 7 months later I'm still waiting. They sent me a gift voucher instead of a refund. Didn't respond to any of my emails. Finally they responded over chat over a 2-week period (talk about slow service). Told me I had requested the gift voucher. When I sent them the email confirming my refund request they stopped responding.

Shameful

It is now exactly 6 months since our return flights to Barcelona were cancelled . Despite advising EasyJet that we would accept a credit note rather than a refund in appreciation of their difficulties, 6 months on we have received neither. A multitude of emails have been ignored. Rather annoying is that I continue to receive almost daily emails inviting me to book flights.
Their attitude has been despicable and in total contrast to their main competitor from whom we received refunds within 2 weeks of flights to and from Girona being cancelled.
I will never even contemplate using Easyjet again. Shameful attitude.
I am now claiming under section 75

Shameless, deceitful and spineless

I will never fly with EasyJet again. They are a despicable company, sapping every last bit of money out of their customers.
The skies will be far better off without them. Cheating their customers will keep them in business for now, but it won't last forever.
I would highly recommend paying 50% more for your flights with absolutely anyone else, you won't regret it for a second.

disgraceful disrespectful behavior of Airlines must be stopped

The behavior of the airlines can no longer go unchecked, I have setup a facebook group (Affirmative Action Against Disgraceful Behavior of Airlines) to provide information, advice and guidance to all who seek it, minimum shared experience. I am a frequent flyer, emotional and financially drained by the disgraceful disrespectful behavior of Airlines, not new behavior due to Covid19. Most recent experience bullet points: Disrespectful behavior at the gate and forced to pay additional £110 for luggage that was covered by allowance, “pay or you don’t board”. Moved out of my purchased seating so that the stewardess could put her feet up during the flight. Case badly damaged £120. My experience is nothing compared to most of the customers complaints on here.

I HOPE EASYJET GOES BANKRUPT

Admittedly we have had good experiences with easyjet but its response to COVID19 has been absolutely appalling. First they cancel our flight without a refund, and with a separate flight we are notified we are eligible for a refund yet we are told we can only apply by phone - then they leave us on hold for over 2 hours with no answer. Over a month later we are advised we are no longer eligible for a refund because they have no record of us boarding the flight? What the hell are they thinking? Made the mistake of booking yet another easyjet flight only to be denied boarding (along with a dozen other passengers) by rude unhelpful staff due to a simple typo on a passenger locator form. DISGUSTING. Congratulations easyjet, your reputation is in the gutter now and you will not be getting our business ever again!

I was overcharged £128 for a flight…

I was overcharged £128 for a flight that is over 14 days away. The charge for the flight change should have only been the cost of the difference, if any. Not £32 per flight alteration per passenger. This is the last booking I will ever make with EasyJet. Not only that, but getting through to them on the phone is an aweful experience. Over 7 hours on the phone only to have the person on the other side completely waste my time. They seemed somewhat rude in their manner too.

No refund!!!

Was on the phone for 40 minutes got hung up on multiple times. Did only get part of my refund. No answers to my emails ever! I work in customer service myself and this is ridiculous. Never booking with you again!!!

This company has turned out to be…

This company has turned out to be appauling. Keep having to contact them about my travel documents for the 06/09/20 in order to check in, keep telling me slight delay in processing them but don't know why. Asked for refund tell me NO. Hav eheard that aiprort hub maybe closing down end of August but they deny this. Most probabley hanging on to my money. Do not book anything with tnem as this is what happens. You may as well give them a loan of your money for free.

No 1 awful airline

I wish there is a minus star. Awful airline. Deny me travelling to the UK, because of my family resident permit, whereas I was able to travel with British Airways. Some of the staffs need proper training.

"Please continue to hold and one from…

"Please continue to hold and one from the team will be with you shortly" is the message that I have gotten for the last +1 hour I have been waiting for your Customer (i don't care) Service. Chat is closed. You don't respond to email. You refuse to answer calls. What kind of operation are you running?
If you think for one minute that your "we'll just ignore him until he eventually gives up" tactics will pay off, you are sadly mistaking. I will get my money back, but you will never get me back as a customer. I'll hitch-hike or go by car before I ever use your company again.

Impossible to contact , terrible

Impossible to contact easy jet.Should be changed to impossible jet or uneasy jet ! Telephoned them as they havent answered seveal emails over a three week period but again no luck. One telephone call 1hr 30 mins no answer and another different extn 30 mins the same. Customer service nil point. Terrible. -one star !

Poor contact service

Cannot get to speak to anyone by phone. I have tried to get online but the booking reference number I have starts with K - apparently it should be a H or 1! No online chat available which would have helped. Surely with how busy they are they could train up some of the other staff that are unable to do their own job due to the corona virus to help out!!
