This order was sent on the same day it was placed using our £2.99 Royal Mail 48 service, and it was delivered on Thursday morning, which is within Royal Mail’s expected delivery timeframe for that service.
We don’t offer next day delivery at £6+, so the details in your review don’t appear to match our service.

Christmas gift
I wrote a google review but will do so here too as a great business is what we must bring to people's attention to keep them running. I messed up my order - my fault completely, I bought some mangas as a gift and found out I got the wrong type of book my friend's son was collecting. I was collecting the 3 in 1 and not the single types. I emailed same day, explained my situation and decided to add another mangas as they corrected the order for me and it was such an amazing, polite and care service. I really appreciated not having to go through the hassle to return and reorder. They offer a wild range of mangas and figurines etc. I will definitely order from them again. I also recommended people I know to use them too. Thank you for a hassle free experience. May your business thrive from your great care.

by far the best shop for books…
This is by far the best shop for books in the UK.
Packages from them arrive in sturdy boxes with padding that could outlast WW3. No other shop comes remotely close to theirs when it comes to care and quality, everythign is stored in pristine conditions and it makes a huge difference. Sometimes they have the cheapest options but a few extra quid on top of competitors are worth it for the peace of mind. Delivery is relatively fast as well.
They also allow you to set up reminders when items are back in stock without the need for an account, just an email, which is extremely helpful.
Out of more than hundred items I've only ever had one item damaged from them and they immediately set up a replacement. Extremely professional and helpful staff.
