He helped me lower the cost of my business class ticket by informing me I could save money on air fare by adding a stop to my ticket.
It made all the difference. I cancelled my ticket on another airline and bought my roundtrip with him.
He was so polite and quick and explained everything very well.

My mother was charged almost $900 for a flight that I booked myself for less than $400. The company supposedly issued her a refund but refused to send an email confirmation and told me that the refund would be issued in 7-10 business days. I called back to question how she was charged so much in the first place and they became belligerent with me, refusing to answer how they arrived at the original price.

On another note however, I am NOT HAPPY that my flights cost $400+ more than my brother's who booked his online at the same time I tried to book mine online. This seems really unfair.
