A VERY Wonderful Agent
I had to cancel a flight to Asheville last year because it occurred at the same time that hurricane Helene hit the area. So I was given a credit for that flight. I did fly on Delta to Asheville later in the year and also to Tampa and my credit didn’t show up. I had misunderstood and thought it would spontaneously be applied. So I called now to see what my options are because I’d understood that I had to book by July 19. I ended up being fortunate enough to be connected to Krysten and she has been an extraordinary person to work with. Very, very patient, very pleasant, very efficient and very helpful. You have a treasure of an employee with her and I want to let you know how much I appreciate her.

Great Customer Service
I recently called United customer service regarding a charge on my account that I didn't recognise as accurate. I am extremely grateful with how Trevor handled the issue.
From the beginning he was very patient, polite and clearly knowledgeable. He thoroughly reviewed the transaction and it was solved in less than ten minutes.
