Lack of empathy for the first time

Worst agency ever for booking any tickets
Pls don’t use this agency for kind of booking they are a scam. Many hidden charges and fake promises. I booked A business class ticket for my family but it has no perks for it. No access to lounge, no free seat selection. You are literally paying for nothing. And they will not able to help you with anything. They are a bunch of liars.
