Easy and quick
Easy to access and clear information
It is easy to access and provides clear information. The booking was already on record before I made a formal booking, so I didn’t need to submit my request again.
The hotel room was completely different…
The hotel room was completely different from my reservation. The refund has not made yet. I also report this issue to my company because the company approved my reservation with the price for the initial room which is higher than the one I stayed.
Terrible stay
I had a very disappointing experience with this accommodation and with TravelPerk’s handling of the situation.
1. Before arrival, I was asked to pay the city tax in advance, otherwise I wouldn’t receive the access information. I paid immediately and requested an invoice — but the property never responded, neither by phone nor email.
2. Upon arrival, I still hadn’t received the access code. The host was unreachable, so I had to call TravelPerk by phone to obtain the code myself.
3. Once inside the property, I discovered that the shower didn’t work at all. I tried to contact the host multiple times (calls, voicemail, email), but again no answer. TravelPerk also failed to reach them despite several attempts. I ended up speaking to at least five different agents from TravelPerk customer support without any resolution.
4. Given the situation, I had no choice but to cut my stay short — you simply can’t stay in a place without a functioning shower. TravelPerk initially told me they would request a refund, but 15 days later they came back with:
> “We contacted the hotel multiple times to request a refund for unused date, but unfortunately, they declined, citing their policy. We escalated your case to the hotel manager internally.”
And they offered 10 EUR compensation, which doesn’t even cover the city tax I paid upfront.
The most shocking part? The property is still listed and bookable on TravelPerk, despite being completely unresponsive and having unresolved issues — including a non-functional shower.
Overall, this experience was unacceptable at every level, from the host’s lack of communication to TravelPerk’s inability to ensure minimum service quality or follow through on their proposed solutions.

Placed booking via Travel Perk
Placed booking via Travel Perk. Booking then cancelled without any notice, had to rebook at higher price. Told i then can’t be refunded for the original booking until they get a refund from the hotel that cancelled my booking. Effectively had to pay double and have been told I’ll get a refund in 30+ days. Avoid

On the whole this app is great
On the whole this app is great. However, when adding hotels to your stay, it doesn't update the search area to your destination. Caused some confusion as area is unfamilar to me. Finally figured out and amended the search.
Adding steps to the journey is great though, particularly adding trains from airports.
This was a very easy to use system
This was a very easy to use system. Worked very well, tickets emailed to me once confirmed. I would be happy to use it again.
Training accommodation
From the first contact to the reservation email, i was kept up to date regularly throughout the procedure. I would highly recommend travel perk for all your travel needs

I had to spend 3 hours through chat last night to not be able to book the hotel I had requested and lose the flights I had requested. The agent that talked with me, although was very kind, advised to do contradictory things, which ended up causing to lose the flight spot I needed and hotel.
Worst booking experience of my life
Perk charged the corporate credit card, but the hotel booking does not exist. It happens, but then I have to spend over 40 mins with perk’s customer service (international roaming call) and they still can not even figure out what happened.
Perk has another middleman was supposed to do the booking. Lovely mess.
The solution was to book agian with the hotel directly!
London travel card option needed on App!
Super easy to book travel and accommodation, however it is frustrating you can't book a London Travel Card on the app and have to go on the Desktop.

A stress free experience with only minimal input from me ,everything else was organised for me.
A nightmare as for APAC region I find…
A nightmare as for APAC region I find too much delay and responses can be hours after initial request. Also flights are Always much more than buy through other platforms often 50% or more costly. Seems focused on europe and probably works well there? Due to the time zone 10 to 12 hours ahead of Europe the extensive delays of processing often cause prices to be increased considerably. Book direct with Airline and save lots on travel budget and more importantly save time as time =money!
Really frustrating experience to change…
Really frustrating experience to change details and having to go back and forth between Perk and the airline. Also the team were unable to resolve my issues.
My local stations are missing
My local stations are missing. I had to use the old platform to book. South Queensferry and Inverkeithing were both no longer avalable.

I am impressed by the ease of using the system. I easily booked my flight and place of stay. Perk kept me updated on flight dates, check-ins and place of stay. Very efficient and hence 5 stars
