would give 0 if I could. A total shithole of an organization. Have been forced to travel with them for 5 year. Will never send you the communications received important to your travel (parking codes, check in codes, general info), their support team is as stupid as a donkey's arse (between live chat and calling no difference). Will always take at least an hour for the simples question to answer. If you have troubles with your travel or accomodation they will not react but just wait untill you don't react for 5 seconds so they can put you as offline and close the chat. Are managing the bookings but will never compensate. Lack any flexibility when it comes preferential discounts for accomodations due to events, expensive as a whole. The company makes their employees a travel agent, but we're just wasting time, not travelling comfortable and thus no focus on what really matters: getting the job done.

Unprofessional agents, no support at all
Unfortunately, I only have negative experiences with this platform. We have to use TravelPerk at work to book work trips. I paid more than 6000 € for my flight ticket to TravelPerk. When my check-in did not work, they could not help me in any way. I received only formal answers from Travel Perk agents and they could not even call the airline to find out what the cause was. My emails to TravelPerk asking them to find out what was wrong with the check-in have been just ignored. After I wrote a complaint about the work of the support agents, I received a completely formal response from Eugenia R. with a lot of false information. This response said that they thought that my enquiry had already been resolved, although I asked them twice in different emails to help sort out the problem, they say that I still can not check in for the flight this problem is not solved. It seems to me that this company has a lot of chaos inside. And it is simply impossible to get any decent work from TravelPerk.

By mistake I booked the wrong hotel, TravelPerk cannot cancel without paying the whole amount. If you book with booking.com it is always possible. I booked this beginning of October for half November, really on professional

I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this product. The after-service has been terrible. I’ve tried reaching out to Beth three times, but she has never responded. You can find similar BOGOHO deals directly on cruise company websites, which are just last-minute offers and not available for all cruises.
While the travel agent I was assigned was nice and found some good flight deals, I believe any travel agent could do the same. The resort certificates are only valid at Windham resorts, which I don’t find appealing, and they’re limited to Australia, Fiji, and New Zealand. I mentioned to Beth that I don’t plan to travel within Australia due to high costs, and I’ve already been to Fiji and New Zealand. My interests lie in Europe.
The certificates expire 12 months from purchase, which means you have to plan three last-minute cruises and accommodations in those limited locations. After dealing with significant medical expenses in my family this year, I contacted Beth two days after buying the package for help, but she ignored all my emails. The website is frustrating, often loading slowly, and I haven’t seen any quarterly specials.
You can find better deals online and through other travel agents. Please don’t get sold on this like I did!

Not as good as other travel firms I’m still waiting for my refund which was paid to them on July 4th they don’t contact you unless it’s to ask you to upgrade and give them more money… this is the worst travel company I have ever deal with and I’m so glad my last three Hugh trips haven’t been through them really my advice is to go somewhere else.. STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY TO BE RETURNED THEY NEVER EVEN CONTACTED ME ABOUT THE CLOSURE OF P&O

Little-to-no customer value.
Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to modify a business trip of mine booked through TravelPerk (change of origin airport). I was notified that the travel supplier only allowed dates change (i.e. not route) and that TavelPerk was not in a position modify the booking by choosing another supplier (except if I opted to just make an extra booking and pay for 2 flights).
TravelPerk is bounded to travel supplier normal restrictions so when having to re-book they are not in a position to offer anything more that could be achieved by booking directly with an airline or OTA.
The only value TravelPerk offers is for businesses to pay directly for trips (so employees not having to go through the payment - company expense cycle).
TravelPerk does not live up it its hype & the customer value their product adds is very limited.
I would not recommend TravelPerk to organisations looking for a business travel partner.
However, unlike other reviews here, I experienced a responsive customer support.

Best Effort
I was at first frustrated with Travel Perk as it made a mistake multiple times. The customer service which I called couldn’t resolve anything. However, when I finally communicated with the customer care team via email, they resolved everything quickly and were very responsive to my request. It took days to confirm my plane tickets. All are resolved. The customer care team’s work was impressive. The only down side is the difficulty to reach out to the customer care team via email over the weekend.

Booking canceled without notification or refund!
Upon checking in for my flight 1 day before the flight, i got a message that the passenger didn't exist!
I contacted TravelPerk support and, suddenly, my booking was canceled!! They didn't know when or why!
They told me to wait for a resolution after their "experts" finish investigating.
I asked to book me a new flight as I can't wait for their experts' investigation results because I have to fly on that same day and time, but they said they could NOT do that before the investigation!
I told them whether the mistake was by the airlines or from your side, I had nothing to do with it. I booked through TravelPerk and didn't deal with the airlines at all. In any scenario, it is your responsibility!
Surprise, surprise, they refused!
I will not use or recommend their services ever again!
Edit: They say "apologize" a lot but do nothing apologetic or offer any help!

My company has been using Travelperk…
My company has been using Travelperk for over a year and initially there were glitches but we chalked it up to 'new onboarding'. Fast forward and if you're currently in the market for a corporate travel agency I would be cautious.
I travel extensively about 50 flights annually and about 30 nights a year in hotels.
Examples of issues we've had:
Charging exhorbetent fees for flights when the same CLASS of flight on the same airline etc. is ~30% cheaper.
If you need to make a change the fees and costs are typically double. Last week my colleague needed to book a train that was 300$ on Amtrak. It took over 48 hours while it was 'pending' for them to notify us that prices have gone up to $700. The pending was on their end because of some archaic process of how they need to book Amtrak.
Hotels - continously we show up to hotels and they don't have a credit card on file so we need to put our card down instead and then try to figure it out with TP.
But the real issue is flights, if I didn't have Platinum on United, TP has what feels like a 3rd tier partnership with some airlines so you'll be SOL if you need to make any last minute changes (common for work travel) or if there is a delay or cancellation.
Outside of this their customer service is not bad, they do answer relatively quickly and they are very cordial and polite. But they have so many layers of approval interanlly that any issue leaves you in limbo requiring multiple calls and emails which is a time suck.
I tracked over the course of the summer on average how long each time I needed to call them/engage with them took and collectively it was 45 min for every issue (broken up into 10 min call here, 3 emails there etc.)

Horrible experience with Travelperk
We booked our trip to San Francisco through Travelperk, but upon arrival, the hotel informed us they were double-booked. Despite their claim of trying to contact us for days, we received no such communication. When we reached out to Travelperk for help, they failed to provide suitable alternatives, leaving us stranded after a 12-hour flight. The options they did offer were unacceptable, and we’re currently still without a hotel.
If you value peace of mind on business trips, I strongly recommend exploring other travel solutions. Avoid Travelperk.

Terrible service. If you have the option to use something else in your company, do it. They are incapable to manage simple things, as change a flight. Worst travel service that I used in my entire life. Don't fall for the start up tech speech. They are simple not competent for the basics. If I could I would give zero stars. I believe the positive reviews are bought from them. I recommend you check reviews on Maps, you will see there are plenty of people with similar complains.

My company uses TravelPerk for all travel. Issues:
1) I entered my flight and hotel frequent traveler info at registration but have had problems every single trip not getting my Bonvoy points. When I talk to customer service, they are unable to resolve with Marriott. Marriott usually claims that I do not get points for 3rd party-booked reservations, and/or that I did not have my rewards # entered at registration. To be fair, its probably also a Marriott issue and I am going to switch to another program.
2) I have been double charged for a hotel.
3) Search results can take a couple minutes, and then any kind of filtering can take a couple minutes more. So five minutes just for an initial flight search...

Terrible rates, unreliable platform
Travelperk's rates for hotels are regularly 50%-100% higher than booking direct. This tool has substantially increased our travel spend, far outpacing the value we get from streamlined invoicing & approval processes. I have also had many issues with mismanaged bookings or no being able to check into a hotel. I strongly recommend avoiding this tool, unless admin efficiency is more important to you than financial burden or traveler experience.

Did not inform me when hotel cancelled my reservation because they failed to pay, for a room I booked and paid 3 months ago.
All they said is apologies I'll refund but you're liable to pay the new hotel, which is 40-50% of the rate you paid for, because it's not their fault!!!!?????

Easy to use and great support
Have been using TravelPerk for a few years now for many trips, and they are always super prompt in their support. Website is very easy to use and any time I need to make changes to my bookings they resolve the issue quickly and easily. Never have to spend too much time worrying about my bookings and any changes that need to be made because it's always a straightforward experience. Highly recommend!
