Hello Dimosthenis,
Via our website you can book all available routes provided by all Greek ferry companies. Unfortunately not all ferry operators support online check in and the presence of a boarding card is mandatory. As far as the issue you encounter during your check in is concerned, the ferry company changed their system which resulted in check in failure this past weekend.

Through our platform you can explore your dream destinations and book your ferry tickets to all the Greek islands, Italy and Turkey, rent a car or arrange your accommodation.
Almost all ferry operators in Greece are still using the paper ticket model. Hopefully in a few years all companies will apply electronic tickets models and the check in procedure will be smoother. Alternatively, there is also an option of sending out the tickets via courier or you may pick them up from our new renovated offices in the very heart of Athens.
