Absolute joke of an agency DO NOT USE THEM a day before i was meant to travel they cancelled my hotels in both Makkah and Madinah. They assured me they would send me my return tickets to come home but left me stranded with 9 other family members. I had to rebook hotels and flights in peak December! I ended up spending thousands of pounds extra after paying 20K! STAY AWAY

We are genuinely sorry for the distress and disruption caused to you and your family. We fully understand how difficult this situation must have been, especially while travelling.
As explained previously, this issue arose due to a failure by the end supplier which resulted in the cancellation of the return flight. While this was outside of our direct control, we recognise that the impact was felt by you as our client.
We have already processed and paid a partial refund to you, and the remaining balance is currently being recovered from the supplier. As soon as those funds are received, the outstanding refund will be paid to you.
We remain committed to resolving this matter fully and appreciate your patience while we conclude the recovery process.
