I made a recent claim after a typhoon…
I made a recent claim after a typhoon changed our plans in Vietnam. I messaged to see what I was eligible for and recieved quick replies. I made a claim once I returned home and again received quick communication and prompt payment. This will be my go to insurance from now on.

Family policy
I purchased a policy for myself, my husband & 2 adult daughters yo go to Bali. My husband got terribly sick & couldn’t fly back on our original return date. He had to go into hospital in Bali for 4 days. We therefore had to extend our flights & accomodation. This company was amazing with helping us with everything from the moment we arrived at the hospital. I can’t say enough about how wonderful they have been. Only arrived back so still going through claims but they have been marvellous. Highly recommend and will use them again next time we travel.

Didn't communicate well or answer my…
Didn't communicate well or answer my clear questions when I was unwell overseas. Directed me to possibly the most expensive doctors in Thailand costing over $800 for a ten minute problem. Booked my own doctor for $35 and had five consults included for that price. Insurance was a waste of time with this company, won't use again.
