I had a very disappointing experience with TravelReImagine. The website looked promising at first, but it turned out to be a frustrating and unreliable third-party booking platform. The deals advertised were not as straightforward as they seemed, and getting clear information or support was difficult. I would advise others to be cautious before making any bookings through this site. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations at all.

Do not book with this scammer because you will lose your money. They sell tickets when seats are not available and you will be stuck without a confirmation or a seat.

My dad made 3 bookings for the same destination for himself and some other people in March 2024. His card was charged, but when we went to check the reservation with Spirit, none was to be found. My dad and I called them and they claimed that they didn't book the trip because, and I kid you not, right after my dad made the bookings, the ticket price happened to increase right at the same time they took the payment, so they didn't book the tickets until my dad paid the difference. I've booked on some pretty crappy travel sites for my dad before, buy we've never been asked to pay a difference after already paying for the ticket. So dad cancelled all 3 bookings. The issue was that the card he paid with had already been replaced. The agent claimed my dad would receive a check within 8 weeks, that hasn't come so far. When I called them, the agent wouldn't even take the complaint stating I have to send an email. We're 3 months past the cancelation.

I wish I had read the reviews on this company b4 I did business with them. But here is my story/review of my experience with Travel ReImagine…

It has been 4 months (May 1, 2024) since I received your email for the return of my funds of $86.10 to my credit card for cancellation order #TR685643.

I have called several times…at least 4 times to try and get this matter rectified and spoke with Elena on at least 3 different times (7/2/24, 7/18/24 & 8/13/24) . I was told she was going to expedite this request and I should have my refund within 7-14 business days, but to “no avail” has my refund been credited. I also spoke to Stoleg on 7/30/24, & he stated i should receive a check in the amount of $86.10 within 8-10 business days from TRI….but “again” that has not happened either. Where is my refund??? If I don’t get my refund “immediately”, I will contact the BBB and file a complaint on your company…”bad business practices and lying about returning refunds when promised”!! Please refund my money immediately, so that we can put this issue to rest!!

Booked a flight to New York, flight cancelled 1 week before I had to fly out, as of now I spoke to a rude indian lady and told me, you will have to continue to wait for for your refund 5 months later waiting on my $700.00 dollars , I want to thank that same lady for myself missing my daughters 21st bday great job mam, horrible CACA customer service, no one book through their, theyll scam and take your money away

Back in April I booked a flight to Alaska through Google Travel. The company who responded was Travel ReImage and I received an email noting the flights we had discussed. A few weeks later I looked at the email I got from them stating they will contact me within 24 hours with confirmation. I called to confirmed and they told me the flights were cancelled without my knowledge. Before I read the reviews I rebooked for the same price. But then I cancelled right away. I have yet to see credit for this transaction. I am out $2147.00. It has been over three months now and I have not seen any money issued to my credit. This sucks as I worked hard for my money. Beware of who you book through.

Booked a flight and paid $1500, cancelled after 10 minutes and was given information that I would receive a refund. Four months and no refund. Tried contacting them several times, they either hang up or disconnect.

They’re scammers and forget about your money

After changing a Frontier Airlines flight I had booked through Travel Reimage.com, and rebooking I was assured by Travel Reimage that my credit card would be reimbursed for the cost of the cancelled flight.
I received an email from them stating such.
It has now been 6 months and I have made many attempts to recuperate my losses ($514.51 U.S.) I understand that this is a scam their running. What I don’t understand is how they continue to get away with it!

We booked our flight on February 3rd, 2024 for a departure day on July 5th, 2024. After we missed our flight, I've been told by AA that Travel ReImagine were noticed since February 28. But they said No when I called. We did receive an
email from American Airlines but around 6pm the evening before but how come Travel ReImagine never aware us of the changes when I called in April after my uncle passed away and 2 weeks before our flight for infos? Even 1 guy said that they try to call me many times and it might be my phone who thought it was a SPAM! After that lie, a girl at cancellation department said that they NEVER received any notice from American Airlines! Someone is clearly LYING through their teeth! My uncle passed away and we still kept our flight and because of them we missed our flight! Never will we purchased after we will use our credit of 2k. To make it worst, we had to pay a total of 600$ of cancellation fees! For 3 tickets. Deeply disappointed.

This is a scam! Do Not Book your flight with this company. I got an email saying that the tickets were canceled the day before flying. Had to purchase tickets with the airline. Refund has not happened. BEWARE

I cannot believe that it is a scam and still exists! Have to buy new tickets the day of my trip! NEVER USE IT

I was scammed out of my money. I booked my flight 2 months prior just to be emailed a week before the flight saying I cancelled my flight. Furthermore I never got a refund

I got scammed to I made it to Minnesota but my return flight there was no flight back I had to purchase return tickets

UNFORTUANTELY, my husband purchased these tickets before I saw previous reviews. Never received confirmation email. Called several times but they just put you on hold until you get frustrated and hang up.
Obviously, we have to let the public know about these scammers EVERYWHERE we can post!!!

SCAM Bought tickets and received booking confirmation; on the day of travel, it appears there are no such airlines, no way to talk to them or check in. On the day of our flight we had to book 2 new tickets.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…. SCAM/THIEVES. The same story with me. Booked airline tickets. Cancelled them within 5 minutes because USD. That was February…. BBB involved. They were not successful. OUT over 1000 bucks. Im not even agreeing on the one star.

Please don't deal with this company, it's a scam. I'm still waiting on my refund after 4 months.

Too bad there isn’t a “minus” star rating system. This so called company in obviously a scam operation. My wife paid for 2 tickets via credit card, at a very low price. They collected the fee, but never followed thru with the airline, who then cancelled our tickets due to not receiving payment. What. Keeps people like this in business is a mystery. Should be prosecuted for fleecing the public. My next move is to give them one more black mark with the Better Business Bureau.

As several others have stated. I purchased two tickets, my card was charged, but was told the tickets were cancelled due to price increase. It has been 75 days and I still have not received my refund. When calling customer support they either give you run around, hang up on you, don't answer the phone, tell you they will have to have the refund department call you back, or say you will have the refund shortly. Today I was told they would submit a complaint, but I will not receive a confirmation email of this and will just have to wait for them to contact me.
