Disappointed with "Custom Fit" Boot Liner for 2019 Kia Sportage
I purchased a custom-made boot liner for my 2019 Kia Sportage from Travelsmart, but unfortunately, the product does not fit as advertised. When the liner is in place, it is impossible to close the parcel shelf, which defeats the purpose of a custom fit. Additionally, the design lacks a cut-out for the boot light, making the entire boot area unusably dark at night.
Despite numerous emails with Travelsmart, they continue to insist this is the correct item for my car, refusing to acknowledge the poor fit or design flaws. For a product marketed as "custom made" and priced at the higher end, the quality and accuracy are extremely disappointing.
I wouldn’t recommend this product if you’re looking for a true custom-fit solution. Save your money and look elsewhere

EDIT YOU CAN POINT OUT WHERE THE PARCEL SHELF HOLES ARE TILL THE COWS COME HOME. THAT DOESNT CHANGE THE FACT THEY ARE IN THE WRONG PLACE. AGAIN AVOIDING THE PROBLEM

Good delivery and a quality liner, literally molds perfectly to the car

Very straightforward process. Product just what I needed for my new car. Fits perfectly and very useful section that over hangs the back of the car to protect against the dog claws and scratches.

Really well made and a good fit

The Velcro fixing is poor! It does not fix well to the sides of the boot compartment

My parcel got held up by the courier but the seller took steps to chase it up and ensure my parcel got delivered on time

Bootloader was good quality but not the easiest to put in with the velcro not sticking straight away. Once in it has been great .

Bought a boot liner for my new Mazda - so pleased with it - it arrived quickly and fitted my boot perfectly and it is good quality. Really pleased I found this company.

My Skoda Karoq boot liner was delivered on time.
The quality,fit of the material and fixings are very good for the price paid. The cover protects all the vulnerable surfaces when loading objects in and out of the boot with seating up,down or removed.

I may have not read the description fully. My liner doesn’t quite do what I wanted but would be suitable if I had a dog.

Was able to collect my boot liner from the factory as live locally. Was really easy to fit, cutting the sticky velcro from the roll provided. There is a very useful flap that drops down over your bumper to prevent scratches from dogs paws.
This is a good quality product and would definitely recommend it.
