These guys are very fraudulent
These guys are very fraudulent! They received payment but denied it until I reached out to Paystack who confirmed the payment was sent. I have loads of evidences and correspondences. I will be suing them soon
I have been a good and consistent customer of Travelstart Nigeria, but since the pandemic of 2020 to date, their response time has become a mess. They do not pick phone calls and the chat option on the website is off. Now they use whatsapp chat and you can wait for at least an hour before a live human will come on stage and write a sentence and dissappears.
I ahev never got any resolution via the whatsApp. The only working support is via emails and that takes times for urgent issues that needs urgent attentions like when customers have problem at the airport and airline asked to call the agent. Please if you will ever read this review, try to change your ways. I have complained a lot via email.
