Couldn’t be more pleased with our eurofins experience (and after seeing some of the negative reviews I was a little worried.)
We did our pre departure PCR tests at the Warrington site- it was easy to find and the staff were welcoming, polite and friendly. We arrived a little early for our 10am slot and were given our tests straight away with no waiting. Results came back at about 2am the following morning which I thought was a great turn around.
Also ordered our day 2 antigens which arrived promptly in the post and our results certificates were available to view very quickly once we uploaded our negative results.
Would use again and would recommend. Thank you!

Misleading drive through covid tests.
The drive through tests are not drive through, basically a pick up and drop off point. A very rude man told us we should have parked in a different place than were we where, despite there being no signs to tell you where to go?
Then he just handed us the antigen tests and told us to do them at home!! Meaning they weren't supervised and we couldn't use them for travel to our destination.
This is partly our fault for not confirming this with the company but the company need to make this much more clear on their website. It's not a drive through test, it's a pick up point for anti-gen tests and a pick up and drop off for PCR tests.

Heathrow Fiasco
Went to a testing site at Heathrow. Very dimly lit, very tight entrance and difficult to get into without damaging your car.
Testing area was extremely dark in an evening making it difficult to read test instructions.
Testing itself was unsupervised which makes the whole point of paying for pre-flight tests that HAVE to be supervised even more of a joke than it already is. The fact that the LF tests are no different to the free ones adds further insult to injury.
Myself and another traveller both tested negative and submitted our tests. Headed to our hotel for the evening. Both tests came back inconclusive despite very obvious negative results. I can only assume this is down to the very poorly developed app that you have to submit your test results through. Almost every CV19 test app I've used is terrible... the eurofins chosen app was no different.
We had to head back to the test site to find out what was wrong.
Sat waiting before calling customer services ourselves. Even the support team on the phone couldn't understand why these were inconclusive. Original tests were corrected within the app to provide us with our fit to fly certificate.
A very poor experience for something that is already a clear money making scheme.

Despite choosing to travel and go all the way to the Heathrow drive-in testing point and having one of the Eurofins attendants help out through the testing, the result returned invalid!!
i was eventually offered a voucher to order a new test, but once at check out it would not accept it, and rejects the transaction. So, some kind of a mess adding to the associated stress.

Heathrow Drive in testing site - so very helpful
Although I overshot the testing location entrance at Heathrow Airport due to the sign not being displayed as well as could be, only one car was ahead of me in the queue and the young man on duty let me know he would be with me asap. Michael could not have been more helpful as I found this whole procedure very confusing. He spent a lot of time with me and gave me some good solid further advise as this was my first experience of COVID testing for travel. I would like to thank Michael for making this experience far less stressful than it would otherwise have been.

Staff was very helpful
Staff was very helpful, friendly and coaprative at the testing site, 717 Southern perimeter road, Heathrow airport, London. We got the results whithen five hours, though we were told it will take at least twelve hours. It was very quick service.
