Never again.

A distaster. This was a company trip and we had 7 rooms in total. We reserved (and got confirmed) double supreme rooms but got economy instead. Traviguide acknowledged the mistake, but only offered a voucher against future reservations as some sort of "compensation", without ever reimbursing the price difference at least. Our assistant Rebecca was very nice, though. Anyway, never again.

Thank you for your feedback, we are very sorry for the inconvenience occurred during your trip due to the hotel mistake for having the wrong room types, we did our best to change the room type upon arrival, but the hotel had all the rooms booked, we offered for your company 500 EUR compensation for the room type mistake, which is more than the price difference between standard and superior rooms (only 15 Euros more expensive per night for the superior rooms), but it was rejected from your side.

We understand your frustration and inconvenience you had during the trip which is very rare to happen in our company, yet we did all we could to make this up for you, yet full refund was never an option since you have used the booked rooms
