Ordered shorts for my husband for our Anniversary in April, ITS OCTOBER now.. they responded back in an email and said they are having delays because of Covid that was in August. But yet they don’t put out much merchandise? So I’m confused?. I have a feeling I will not be getting my orders.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SITE. Purchased a neon light on this site for $350+. The light was poorly packaged and arrived broken. The return policy is complete BS. I contacted customer service and WAS NOT offered a refund or credit as it was past the 7 days of receiving the item. Many people had the same problem with the neon light arriving broken. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE. Items are cheap quality and poor packaged.

I have spent over £200 on a Travis Scott t-shirt and Hoodie, I ordered these as a special gift for our son’s 21stbirthday, to me I was lucky enough to leave loads of delivery time, (6-8 weeks) for t-shirt delivery and (8-10) weeks for hoodie, not an issue as t-shirt has been delivered but not the Hoodie and now the company are not even replying to my texts, but I don’t think Iam being akward as we are now on week 14

So I ordered a backpack from him o his recent drop, apparently people have been getting them and I’m still waiting. I ordered this in March, March people. It’s now July. Who is running this business? A child? Like come on

I like the designs but that's the only thing about it, the quality isn't great but the worst of all it's the shipping "delays" i've been waiting for my reflective down puffer for 23 weeks total now when it should have taken 12-16

I'm a huge Travis fan and I ordered a Cactus Jack face mask on July 30, and it arrived about 11 days later. The quality is not great; many of the items sold by this website are of very low quality and are very overpriced, and for most merchandise you're going to be waiting months to receive your items. Unless you're trying to resell I'd recommend buying Travis merch off of StockX and get it in a week rather than wait half a year for it on travisscott.com.

I’d give ZERO stars if I could. This is the crappiest purchase EVER! Delayed for months to deliver. Then once it arrived it was shipped in a plain crumpled up Usps bag with a label slapped all crooked on it. Then the reveal of the Merch once the package is opened leaves nothing to be desired. The quality of the sweatshirt was like a dirty used car salesman had worn it and the print looked like my cat did it himself. Horrible. Never ever again. He should be ashamed of himself selling this garbage and not caring at all about the consumers and his base. Lame. He should ship this mess to himself so he can see how people feel & bet he’d give himself a lame review too.

I ordered two T-shirts off the website in September. I got one T-Shirt but I'm still waiting on the second one. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 8 MONTHS. I have no idea if my T-shirt is gonna come and it says on the website that there are no refunds. I don't think this is a scam but there is no way in hell that it should take 8 months for a T-shirt.

It’s freaking spring already where’s The puffer jacket? These idiot’s sent the hat without the reflective jackets, sent emails getting the same response wait 11 to 12 weeks.. Untucking believable..Worst online store by far!!

(TO THOSE STATING THAT YOU CANNOT GET A REFUND: That is incorrect! Contact your bank and put in a claim for never receiving your order!! No business has the right to rob you. FILE A CLAIM WITH YOUR BANK!!!!)
Furthermore, this all looks like a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT to me!!!! You can’t rob people and respond to emails with “FINAL SALE”. FOH with that!

I placed an order for a skate deck on NOVEMBER 13, 2020 & here we are in mid MARCH & still have not received said item. I’m currently on hold with my financial institution to put in a claim for this ridiculousness. A total of 42 minutes so far. Travis Scott should be ashamed at the “business” that’s conducted in his name. Before I placed this order, I purchased from his McDonald’s collab and the wait time on those items were atrocious and falsely advertised. One would think that I would have learned my lesson but no, I ordered from the PlayStation drop and the 6-8 week wait time advertised has come and gone as we are in WEEK 19! NINETEEN! That’s just gross and negligent but what does Travis care? Take peoples hard earned money during a pandemic but as long as his pockets are fat, who cares about customer service or integrity, right? His distribution company is trash. Whoever he conducts business with is super low on quality and he knows it. I ordered Rodeo and Astroworld on vinyls and BOTH records had to be returned because of poor quality and warping. He skims the top off on quality to make money and has no pride in the products he puts out. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!! Ps: That PlayStation hoodie was garbage. I could have made it myself at a bootleg boardwalk store in New Jersey.

For some reason I just bought another thing from the Travis site but its makes no sense why it takes so long 9-12 weeks like he has so much much money and has dropped a lot of stuff and it still takes this long they need to make items more exclusive so the wait times aren't as brutal what's even dumber is i assume they use the same manufacturer as kith since they come in the same nice quality bags and kith ships right away reciving iteams within 2-3 days

Genuinely the shittest online shop I have ever come across, this website makes wish.com look like Harrods. I pre-ordered a product in April 2020 with the release of the product in October 2020 and hey it’s March 2021 and I still haven’t received my product. I seriously can not believe the service. $105 USD I will never see again. And yes I’ve tried to express this over email and I keep getting told that there are “delays”.

Placed an order november 2020 with an estimated 6-8 weeks for it to be despatched & with various emails between us still nothing & no idea when it will be despatched. As they say at least Dick Turpin wore a mask when robbing people🤬

It’s 2/24/2021 I placed my order for Cactus Jack merch on 9/12!!!! Still nothing but I can’t get my money back because ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Don’t purchase from Travis again!

Didn’t even mind the 5 month wait, but the sweatshirt is trash. $88 for thin 50/50 cotton/poly blend. Maybe $38, but not $88.

This website is absolutely disgusting. I ordered 23 WEEKS ago. Spent $150 of my money and i was told 7-12 weeks at the latest. after around 16 weeks, i decided i wanted a refund. They gave me a new shipping date and told me to wait a few more weeks. I then requested again for a full refund and they shortly replied “all sales final.” I don’t know if i’m even going to receive my money at this point, or my merch, and have since stopped responding to my emails. do NOT shop with this company. Fraudulent scam.

The design is great but the sweatshirt is covered with pilling. It looks like the sweatshirt has been washed 100 times. I bought a size large and when you put it on it feels like it has been shrunk and feels like a medium. The material is not soft at all.I get better quality sweatshirts at Target for 25 bucks. I won’t buy his merch anymore.

The name Travis Scott sells quick. But the website is Horse sh!t and the customer service is even worse. Order the Nerf gun back in April 2020 as a pre order for October 2020x. October comes “delayed till November 2020, but we will have your item to you by Christmas” Christmas comes nothing! January nothing. I message the morons in customer service to be told I’m not entitled to a refund I ensure me the item is on its way. I’ve waited a year. Do yourselves a favour the Travisscott.com website is full of fraudsters stay well away. They take your money and either don’t send your items or send you trash quality.

I piad over one thousand dollars for travis scott merch and the hoodies came several months late. The quality is horrendous and doesnt look like the photos. Very thin, wrinkled, warped puffed print like the dryer melted it to causing a wavy pattern to show up. Im asking for a refund. Complete BS quality for $100 a hoodie.

I order the cj digital t-shirt and the light-blue sweatshirt in collaboration with playstation in november and they arrived today (8 february)
The t-shirt it’s ok, but the hoodie is realy bad, it looks like it has already been used, this is the first time i order in the cactus jack shop, and probably the last one,
High price for low quality.
For the price they cost the quality must be much higher
