Good overall experience although the government shutdown. The phone calls were always responded promptly (24 hs). I spoke with Mario by phone, who solved all my inquiries and tried to get the best flights connections.

Jenny Smith was awesome. Her communication was on time . She really helped me get a good cheap flight.

I saved $300 booking through traversals. Process was quick and easy. Agent was very helpful

Kevin was a wonderful help. I had issues and he made sure to help me and called Everytime there was a change or update. I appreciate there customer service

It’s difficult to get someone on the line. Had to call more than 10 times but after that I got in contact with Fred and he was able to help me out tremendously. Thank you Fred and the rest of the team that helped.

Absaloutly despicable service. 2 flights gone completely wrong. Do not under any circumstances use these people they are a Joke
