Avoid this travel agents! The price for long haul flight advertised doesn't include any luggage fee. Waited for them to charge extra £500 and then it went all quiet. No responding emails no responding calls for 3-4 days. Other staff in the office can't be bothered to help or even listen to my questions either. Eventually got a call back and then advised the price went up and again. Luckily got it cancelled but again needed to wait for 8 working days to get nearly £4k back. Unbelievable customer service they offered!

This a scam company, I booked for a cheap flight and then it didn’t include baggage, in order to have baggage I have to pay £80 extra and still not get my flight. Stay away from this company. I have to move my money away and let the bank knows. STAY AWAY!

Booking with travodealz has been a very swift and easy process, cheapest tickets found and i was searching for hours. They also picked up the phone instantly when i called them which was a nice surprise.

I purchased a flight from this company thinking that they would book straight away for 1511 pounds.

After 24 hours when under the contract they were supposed to have provided the tickets to me I had not heard from them.

I contacted them and was told that the price could not be honoured as the airline had increased the price. I was then told that baggage was not included in the price and that I needed to pay more. They ended up telling me that the price would be 1860 pounds a considerable difference from the initial contracted rate. I've since contacted them and told them that our contract is null and void and not to charge my card.

This company advertises at the lowest rate possible to hook unwary customers and then uses false pretences to increase the fare. DEAL WITH THIS DISHONEST COMPANY AT YOUR OWN PERIL.
