This company is a total scam. I'd booked tickets from Mumbai-Goa; the transaction didn't go through and for months they kept saying they will return the money, however, they never did. It seems this has happened with tons of people.

I have booked my ticket on 31/01/2022 with Ref: 722840649 from Mumbai to Coimbatore, but the company cancelled the ticket on the reason Fare expiration and told that within 5 working days the amount will be refunded. Now almost nearing one and half year, till date I have not received the Refund, every time they are telling within 4-5 days amount will be refunded, but not received till today.

I took ticket from Travolook website in 2021 June 24TH (REF809407576) from Vijayawada to Hyderabad the next minute after deduction of money from account they send one more mail your booking was cancelled I have called them 100 times mailed so many times but there is no use.

I have very Bad Experience with TRAVOLOOK . I booked Tkt on 18th May 2022 and Flight was canceled, Still I did not received my Money. Call many times and got reply'Money will be credited in 2-3 days' This is there standard reply.

After that I tries hundred timed over phone amd mail but all my effort went onfutile.

I am NRI and and now I am loosing trust on any indian companies because of such a kind of frauds are still exists . Now I also do not want to do any investment in india if such companies are existing and Government is not taking any action against them.

My advice to every one not to use Travollok.

I booked online air tickets from delhi to lucknow on 5th june2022 to travel on 6th june2022 from travolook.in.as soon as I made the payment I got a message that my booking has been cancelled and money will be refunded. 9 months have elapsed but I have not got any refund even after repeated mail and telephonic communication. PLEASE NEVER BOOK TICKETS FROM TRAVOLOOK. PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS FIRST

I booked a ticket from Mumbai to Chennai on 2nd July but PNR was not generated and the amount was deducted from my side.

Today is 30th Nov. But still, I haven't got my refund whenever I call them, their executive tells me to wait for the next 3-5 days but still I haven't got my refund.
I have mailed to the support team many times but I get the same reply that we are working on your issue and we ll get back to you with an update. For the last four months I am following up till now I haven't got my refund or any updates from them.
My humble request is don't use through "Travolook Website"
for booking better go for direct or any other booking site.

On 5/7/22 purchased tickets on their website. Sector Hyd-Kol-Hyd. Amount of Rs.12689/- was debited from my credit card. Within a few minutes I got a call from their office that the booking stands cancelled since the airlines did not generate PNR and the amount will be credited to my a/c within 7/10 working days.
Sorry to say since then I have given 17 mails & at least made 15 calls but no proper answer. I advise not to use this site for your ticket booking.

Travolook is a fraud site. Twice I have been book the ticket and both they cancelled my ticket after 30 mins due to their so called operational reasons. I am trying to get my money back but they simply transfer the amount in their wallet which is of no use. Plz never use this site for your flight booking and try to pass on this message at war level. This is a complete cheater.

Today is 31st oct. But still I haven't got my refund whenever I call them, their executive tells me to wait for next 3-5 days but after 3 and a half months still I haven't got my refund. I have mailed them and to their Relationship Manager Mr. Dishant Singh many times but I get a same reply that we r working on your issue and we ll get back to you with an update. From last three months neither I have got my refund nor any updates from them.
This is a fraud company and ll not suggest anyone to book through this platform.

This website is run by a bunch of loosers and scammers. Please please do not book your flights through them. Ass holes !!!! Canceled my flight the minute I booked it. Its been months that I have been taking follow up for my own money and useless people keep on saying madam you will get it by Monday. I have no clue what monday are these people talking about.

Scam site. I booked a Rtn flight on 6 June 2022, from Mumbai to Bangalore. Ref: REF390465883. The booking was cancelled within 5 min after deducting amount from my bank as the fare was not available. Till today Oct 2022 I have not received my refund after numerous follow up. It is only increasing mental stress for me with no confidence on such sites.

I had booked a flight from Bengalore to Kolkata on 7th July 2022 and but flight ticket was not issued citing that price has gone up and it has got cancelled. Immediately I phoned up and I was informed that in 7 to 10 working days it will be refunded. Even after 80 days they did not refund money. I have made many follow up ..Whenever i call them they repeat the same story - 'wait for 3 to 4 days and there is an issue with merchant end ' and immediately they disconnect the call . I am totally fed up in calling them. They are doing very unethical business with customer.

We booked a flight for Bombay to Allahbad in June and there was some promo going on but later on the flight fares were increased and the booking in that offer was not possible so they called and asked what to do i said just cam cancel booking and refund the amount. They shared a tat of 7-10 business days from that day till today i have not received the refund. They have blocked my number and email both. Luckily one when i called through another number it was connected the agent HARPREET told the refund has not been processed till date. I asked her to connect me to her senior she denied on my face and said no one is available i am the only one. IS SHE SOLELY RUNNING THIS FRAUD BUSINESS 😡😡😡WORST CUSTOMER SEVICE EVER FACED #FARUDSTERS #THEIVES

It is my very bad experience with travolook refund policy. My flight was cancelled from airline side. It has been more than 2 months still I have not received my refund. Whenever I called them initially, they told me yet your refund not revived from airline. After I did continuous follow up they told me with in 7,10 days you will be received your refund but yet my refund not received. The customer support team is not too supportive. I personally won’t suggest any one to book flight using travolook they offer big discount during booking but refund policy is very bad

Fraud Beware of Travolook - I booked ticket from Bangalore to Ahmedabad and travolook canceled my flight than after cancelling my flight still haven't received back my money.

I tried booking my flight on 14th July. They could not process the flight and said I’ll receive a refund. I still haven’t received the refund for the same. I had been more than 2 months now. Not recommended.

First of all, this site deserved to be CLOSED. Travolook don't deserve any star not even one star.

This whole site is a SCAM guys. First of all, to tempt customers they show low fares on the site and when customer book the flight they cancel it saying that fare shown on site was expired and we will refund your money in 7-10 days. However, THEY NEVER REFUND YOUR MONEY.

Coming to my experience, I booked a flight on 17th July 2022 for me and my family. Same thing happened with me. After I did the booking and paid the amount, they cancelled my booking saying fare on the site is expired and my money will be refunded in 7-10 days. And here I am, it's been almost 2 months now and I have called Travolook customer care more than 10-12 times and every time I hear a different story, but my money is still not refunded.

My request to you guys: PLEASE DOES NOT USE THIS SITE EVERRRR!!
