Great support from Sonia Travomint

Today I booked a ticket but it was not confirmed due to seat allotment. In the meantime, support executive SONIA did a great job of communicating with both end airlines and our side to resolve the ticket issue. SoNIA helped to confirm the ticket on the same date. Thanks

I spoke with Mr Harshit

I spoke with Mr. Harshit regarding ticket cancelation of my brother, at the same time booked the ticket for my family which he did promptly. Also coordinated with the airlines too for getting Max. Refund. He was helpful and his suggestions regarding the booking was also appreciable.
