Awful company! Ordered an advent calendar in September. Never arrived. Tried emailing customer services, no response. Avoid if you don't want to waste your hard earned cash.

23/12/2024 - I did receive the item and it is good quality. I did have to wait for it to be delivered from China so I ordered and paid for the item on 04/11 and received item 11/12. I didn't realise the item would be coming from China. It was an advent calendar so a child would be disappointed not to receive it by beginning of December.

My review is the same as all the others. I ordered an advent calendar on 4th Nov. The money was taken immediately and I am still waiting. On chasing, I received an email with a tracking number saying it was on its way from China and I am still waiting. I suspect I've lost my money. Do not order from them

I ordered a Lego advent calendar/ Christmas tree at the start of November, it still hasn’t arrived.
I have emailed several times and had no response. I have a very disappointed grandson!

I emailed several times, got one response, saying you can track your parcel using the link, but didn't give a tracking number?! Then once I emailed again, I suddenly received an email saying it had been 'dispatched'. After sending a further email to cancel the order I have yet to receive a reply or a refund. The only option will be to not accept delivery if it ever arrives!

Keeping on radar that Treasurecat are to be avoided at all cost. Please do not give your hard earned income to them!
Customer services are non existence.
I requested on the day of purchase a refund and have not had one single response from their so called customer service team. There is no service and absolutely zero expectation of hearing anything now, given my purchase was made on the 25th November.
This site needs to be removed from social media platforms, please!

TOTAL SCAM - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - I placed an order over a month ago. I didn’t received any email regarding my order, I don’t know where my order is yet they took money out of my account. I don’t understand how this fake website is still up on google!!!

If there was a zero rating I would give it! Ordered advent calendars which have still not arrived! Tracking says its still in China.
If Id known it was shipping from there I wouldnt have bought them!

It's a total scam! Goods didn't arrive despite taking the money out of my account 2 months ago!! I have emailed them twice, and have been ignored. I will report this scam company, advertising via Instagram too.

I have been scammed i have bought a Mini karaoke machine I ordered on November 18th. As of today, I have yet to receive the item, and unfortunately,there email contact does not exist !!!!!!

Goods never arrived, doubt they were ever despatched. Their so called courier says Items had tried to be delivered totally untrue. Please don't use this company it is a scam site. Had I known they were based in China I would never have ordered from them in the first place. I have contacted customer services for a refund I doubt I will hear anything after reading many damming reviews about this company.

I have to admit, I thought I had been scammed. Bought a lego-type advent tree set. Ordered end of October. Just arrived today - so missed morning opening. No big issue. Did however buy alternative Harry Potter advent set. I emailed treasure cat at the start of November and got a standard response. Tracking did not work effectively. Surprised when parcel arrived to be fair. It was what I expected, although image on advert showed model kit had LED pack. I don't believe it comes with that. Pleased we have it. I paid £39 for the package.

Checked it was a .co.uk web address think that would mean they were a real company.
So annoyed that I didn't read reviews first.
I ordered an Advent at the beginning of November, obviously no sign of it, no reply to emails. Now trying to work out how to get a refund.

Dreadful…had to contact credit card company to get my purchase money back when no goods arrived after 4 weeks. Avoid.

Awful company (if you can call it that!) took my money then sent me nothing!
The tracking they sent me was for a package delivered in 2019 to Australia (I’m in the uk). I emailed and got no response. I’ve had to raise a dispute with PayPals help.

Ordered an item on the 2nd Nov, is an advent calendar so need for Sunday but can tell already we won't get this. Sent emails over messenger and simply told to be patient or had no reply. Kicking myself for not reading any reviews beforehand.

Updated 17/12. Having previously rated my experience as a 1 and suggested this might be a scam I need to update my review. It appears not to have been a scam as my package arrived today. At this time it hasn't been opened as I'll save it until next year.

Original review 16/11 Having ordered an Advent Calendar in mid November I realised delivery would be tight for 01/12 delivery. However, having had no despatch/delivery updates in the meantime is woeful customer service. I know now that I should've looked up reviews beforehand- buyer beware!

Dreadful company. Slow to deliver and when my order did arrive it was an absolute incomplete piece of tat.

Ordered 2 advent building calendars on November 2nd, had email confirmations for the orders. They state on their website that they will notify when shipping, nothing heard. 1st December is only 6 days away and not getting any response from customer service. £80 down the drain by the look of it. Having read the reviews by others just now, I imagine we will not be seeing our items.
