Auto cancellation policy by Treasure Realty
We have been renting with Treasure Realty for 14 years and this is the first time our rental got canceled. Apparently our deposit didn’t reach the office on time, but in 14 years we haven’t backed out of our agreement. We were able to re-apply for the same rental unit but had to wait the two days until we were able to reach them to be sure the unit was still available. A phone call would have been appreciated rather then to just cancel. Our travel plans had all been arranged.

I am so sorry that happened. This time of year we have a good number of people that book but never send money and the system got a bit overzealous. We now have the system set up to automatically email a guest the minute that booking in canceled to keep mistakes from happening. We certainly need to figure out how to make the system consider the number of times a guest has booed with us and be more lenient. I'm happy you were able to rebook your desired home.
