Spent the day with Rico back in Sept 2024 on one of his Discovery Days and had a very informative day. He is truly a expert in his field and is extremely knowledgeable with anything to do with investing in Crewe and Stoke On Trent. I immediately knew I could trust him with my (first ever) property investment. At the end of that day we found a deal which completed two months later and refurbed straight away by his build team. Now I have an income stream all hands off and fully managed by firstly by Rico and now his recommended estate agent. I hope to do many more deals in the future. Thanks Rico!

We did a Discovery day with Rico. From the first moment that we met it felt like we knew each other a long time. Very warm welcoming. He presented a plan for the day through a description of the areas where to invest (Stoke & Crewe). After about an hour Rico took us in his car and showed the actual properties that he is working on. From the refurbished to totally naked. His unselfish way of explainig a challenges with a properties made us learn a lot. Thanks Rico one more time

We had a full day on property tour with Rico. We started with some time together where Rico gave us input about the area where he is doing most of the property investments. After that he took us to plenty of properties in different conditions and different areas - think he knows every single street in Stoke and Crewe :-). He was very enthusiastic about explaining the area, conditions of the properties, strategies etc. While visiting the properties he explained what he is looking for and thinking for different strategies.

We had a property tour in Stoke-on-Trent and Crewe and got to see many different properties in different stages of refurbishment.
