I just had my introductory call from Shakir at the Treat it Clinic. He was very friendly and assisted me to register and book a consultation which is very soon. I struggle with technology so he patiently guided me and got it all sorted. Can’t thank him or the clinic enough too for wavering my first months subscription as I was recommended by a friend. Looking forward to moving forward with medicinal cannabis in the right way with supervision and all above board. Thank You

I am unable to order my repeat prescription due to a technical glitch on the treat it system which has not been resolved it’s taken a very long time and the it department are trying to fix this however I have contacted treat it and spoke to a very helpful individual her name is Nadia and she is very attentive to resolving and overcoming the obstacle that was causing issues for me to reorder she has processed my order and constantly kept me in the loop I felt a great sense of comfort knowing she is getting the job done she is very well at understanding the issue and finding a solution many thanks Nadia you are a star⭐️

After quite a few hiccups - they have implemented a new customer team that is really good. Fixed the previous issues I had. Positive in 2026

A year ago I gave a negative review due to ongoing frustrations with delivery.

I’m pleased to see that they’ve taken comments on board, the ordering, stock management and strain selection process is all much better now. And importantly placing the order with the pharmacy and them dispatching it has been all much more efficient too.

They are also offering some much lower priced strains too. And the quality of everything is suberb.

The clinical side is friendly and helpful as well.

So a five star service all round now, thanks.

Treat it came highly recommended but does not live up to hype.
Initial consultation went well in November but no prescription was forthcoming. Their communications systems are poor ; left hand doesn’t know what right hand does .
Promises were made ,nothing happened,
They have taken money with nothing to show.
I’m left with a partner in considerable pain.

Shakir helped me massively as I have been expecting a call suffer back pain... he helped me through process and replied back to my message... thank you Shakir appreciate your service....

My clinic closed, so these offered onboarding for previous clients. I had contacted another clinic, but after a few days of nothing, I contacted these. I’ve been registered done most of the set up and have my initial appointment this afternoon, all within 2 working days of initial contact. Needless to say the others wont be getting my business now 😂
