This was a horrible experience. Not only were they not able to help me with my UTI due to having diabetes, they did not put that anywhere upfront. They also did not let me know that the way that they do lab results take several days if you need the extra lab result instead of just the quiz, and they tell you to call their phone number which then tells you that they do not accept phone calls for customer service. Not only has this delayed me receiving care, but I also had to pay again to go to urgent care in person so that I could get treatment sooner.

I’m 47 and had not had a bladder infection since I was 21, but will never forget that feeling. I started to feel what seemed to be a bladder infection and hoped it wasn’t, but took cranberry and so on in hopes it would get better. Over the course of 3 days it was worse. I did not want to even go to the doctor and half to pee while waiting, as well as it was making me nauseous. I found this site. Wasn’t sure if it was legit, looked it up and reviews were good, but still skeptical, but in desperation to have relief, I went for it at 2am. By 9am when my pharmacy opened they sent me a text that my rx was ready. I have state insurance and it was all covered! So thank you, you saved me from misery of having to drive and sit in a doctor office or hospital.

I suspected a UTI on the weekend. After completing the intake it was decided not to full fill my order as I had a history of kidney stones (similar symptoms).
They refunded my money and when I went to my pcp it was kidney stones.

I was hoping for a quick fix, unfortunately you do not see available times for the doctor to call until after you've paid. I had to wait 12 hours for a call, then the next day for a prescription because my pharmacy was closed by that point. My UTI came back a few days after I finished the course. I went to urgent care where the nurse explained that a UTI can be caused by a variety of bacteria so it's helpful to have the urine sample done so an antibiotic that targets the active culture you're dealing with is prescribed. I would say it's a $50 gamble, personally, not one I would take again.

Never use this service! They charge you more than most other online health services and then don't even give you enough medicine to treat you! I have chronic UTIs and their doctor gave me ciprofloxacin 250m for only 3 days!! I won't be better by then!

They also tried to sell me about 10 other medications on checkout. This is a scam!

Their website says you get your medication in 1-2 hrs (for pickup). I answered the questions and paid. 45 mins later I got an email asking me to fill out another questionnaire. Then when I hit enter/submit or whatever it says, nothing happens. I did a chat. They tell me to email and they’ll answer pretty much right away. Nothing. Called and their message that comes in is all jumbled so you can’t understand it-almost how a bad connection sounds. I tried the questionnaire on Safari and it worked. Then I get an email that says they need to have a doctor call and I’m asked to set up a time. The earliest was in 4 hours! I woke up with a UTI and needed to leave for the airport at 11:15. So I know it was last minute but 1-2 hrs does not equal 4-5. They did refund me which is why I didn’t leave them a 1 star review.

I truly appreciated the service I got. Fast, efficient and very well designed. I just filled out the questionnaire and in no time the prescription order was sent to the pharmacy of my choice. I love the fact that they also took in consideration the possibility of getting a yeast infection, which is a common side effect of drugs used to treat a UTI and offer you the option of fluconazole, which is optional. Also, they suggest a probiotic to replace any imbalance in gut flora caused by taking antibiotics. In my opinion that's very commendable because doctors don't usually think about that part, you have to basically mention it to them. Its also very good that they recommend doing a test after treatment to ensure that you are treated properly and I absolutely love that its all optional. My overall experience was very good. I would definitely recommend giving them a try if you are having a recurrent UTI. The price is reasonable. Saves you time, money and UTI gone.

The process was very easy to receive a prescription. Quick response time and I had my prescription at Costco within a couple hours. Worked great since I am away from my home town.

Their information online and via email specifically says you can opt for delivery and it will be delivered next day. My prescription did not come for three days and they refused to refund it.

I paid for a consult this morning and did not hear back from this company in the 1-2 hours suggested. Upon trying to contact them via phone and chat I was sent to email a support email that never responded with next steps. I'm guessing this is a scam, so disappointing. I should have not given this service a try.

I am 77 yrs old and developed a UTI while being snowed in by the recent storm named Blair. I tried this service for the first time as I was worried not only about trying to drive to an immediate care center but also about sitting in a small crowded waiting room with patients who had upper respiratory infections and communicable diseases. I choose to have my meds mailed to me by the overnight service. I received the medications I needed quickly and am so grateful for this service. Will definitely use them again.

I placed my order and paid and filled out my questionnaire at noon on a Saturday. I chose the antibiotic I wanted and my pharmacy. I had an email within two hours with my prescription approval. An hour later I had a confirmation from my pharmacy that my prescription was ready. I did not have to call or video chat with anyone. I did not have to do any lab tests. I voluntarily took an over-the-counter test from the store, which is how I knew I had definitely had a UTI and not something else.

I completed the form, skipped all of the extras, and got a prescription sent to my pharmacy just as advertised. It was so easy and beats paying $75 to go to an urgent care. I can't see my regular doctor, even for a virtual visit, for over a week!

New Year’s Day, doctors are closed, this service was a lifesaver! I’m naturally skeptical so fully expected to not be impressed or worse, scammed, but I was desperate and in pain and was willing to take the risk. The process was fast and convenient, I had my prescription within 2 hours. The only negative remark I have is that the add on solicitations were a bit much, but some may find those helpful. I would use this service again!

Simply a miracle doctors. Thank you for being there for me! The best! Then I got a text from CVS I could not believe it at first but it was for real! Excellent!

This is a scam. They sent my prescription to a pharmacy that doesn’t exist. I was unable to get a hold of ANYONE FOR A WEEK. They do not answer the phone. If you get an email response, it doesn’t provide any helpful information. I asked for a refund because I was dead tired of tracking down this prescription and they were unable to because “the doctors already gave expert advice”….what a joke!! How can I receive expert advice if no one answers the phone, emails, or gives me my prescription? This was also much more expensive than going to a real doctor. Don’t bother wasting your time with this service. I got my prescription from a real doctor pre at a real clinic before these “doctors” even responded to me.

I was happy with this communication and it accomplished everything I needed plus more information I was never told before. The doctor I got was knowledgeable and kind. She called right on time. I will use this site again for sure!

While I have to give credit that my prescription was filled, it took hours of no communication and finally an email to customer service to locate the status. While reply was prompt, I received no direct confirmation of an order, only my PayPal receipt.
I added additional services to the order, to which I had to also email regarding how to receive them.
As a result, I do not suggest using this service, especially since lack of communication and delay can cause your condition to worsen. The promise of being "...the fastest, most convenient way to get the relief you need" is not an accurate description of their service.
