Wow, I'm just so glad I came across this website! I'm from the UK and on vacation in the US and woke up around 2am with the telltale signs of a nasty UTI. It was a Friday night / very early on a Saturday and I started googling where I could go for an appointment at a weekend. It look like the only options locally were hospitals at the weekend. I came across this site, I was initially unsure if it was a scam and read through quite a lot of reviews on here, and decided to go ahead. I filled in some initial details and paid $49 at 4am, then filled in the health questionaire straight after, then woke up a few hours later at 7.30am to an email saying my prescription would shortly be ready to collect from my chosen pharmacy. I collected it soon after, paid around $9 for the medication and am now several days into my 7 day antibiotic treatment and feeling so much better. Can't praise this service enough and I highly recommend to anyone needing treatment quickly and efficiently and professionally. Thank you!

The process was simple, straightforward and the Support team is an A+. Everything their website describes regarding the process was accurate and I picked up my prescription within 2 hours!

You need to provide your credit card number before filling out questionnaire. The website says "same day service" and specifically says "no need to go to a clinic". Then you get an email saying you have to go to a clinic! I had Quest lab results that I did independently that definitely showed I have a UTI. I don't even believe that a human reads your emails. Online chat is answered by AI. Email responses are set scripts. No way to get in touch with anyone. I am currently disputing the charge with American Express.

I'll be honest after reading some of the reviews I was sooo nervous! BUT I just got a call from my pharmacy that my rx is ready for pickup! It was really THAT easy. I did opt for the additional rx for nausea medication as I tend to get that side effect and I'm so glad this was an option. As a woman I'm so glad this is finally just this easy. We KNOW when we have a uti! I will def be using this service next time.

They take your money before they even send you a health questionnaire. You wait for that to come and I tried to take it but computer kept freezing . They would not give me a refund so out 49 dollars and time. I'll never use them again. Use callondoc. Cheaper and quicker.. I deleted this company..

Filled out the questionnaire and it goes in for review, then they sent back an e-mail with a code. Picked up the prescription. Done. Took less than 7 hours on a weekend.

And if I had questions someone e-mailed me back quickly.

But since this was my first time I was concerned about getting a prescription I didn’t know where the meds were coming from. But it was sent to my local pharmacy so all was good. Pharmacist explained how to take.

I was not the typical customer in some ways, but this company really worked with me through a series of emails until I was approved for treatment. What a great feeling to get the help I needed, when I needed it! Health care delivered with an old fashion level of care. Thank you.

SO easy & SO quick!
We had a little bit of a hiccup delay in receiving the med questionnaire once I selected my med & submitted the initial request. If that happens, you can go to the chatbox at the bottom right & they will provide the email to the support team who will make sure the med questionnaire is sent to you, very responsive!
Once the questionnaire is submitted, Dr reviews within an hour or 2. By the time I received the email notification from the Dr, my meds were already pending in progress with the pharmacy I had provided!

So grateful for the service! Too many woman suffer too often from this common ailment. Treatment SHOULD be this easy and accessible. Thank you.

I too, was worried about making payment either bc of this being a scam (too good to be true) or ‘failing’ questionnaire. Yet, I was desperate on an early Sat morning, after 2 days of what felt like a drowning of cranberry juice and water. It took less than 2 hours to receive my rxn. I will not wait so long next time.

Knew I had a UTI. Dr. wouldn’t prescribe meds and didn’t even ask follow up questions. Just looked at my answers from their generic survey and said no. I would have liked for them to at least ask some more questions before saying no and taking my money. Tried calling, live chat, and email, all worthless. I paid $70 for them to email me a questionnaire and then immediately turn me down. I am starting to doubt if a Dr even looked at my answers. Probably just a computer program that sees if you checked the correct boxes and decides yes or no. Waste of money!!

I was excited about getting a prescription without waiting in a long waiting room to see a nurse to pee in a cup and wait some more. I got the call, was told to go to check out my kidneys but I have a PhD and as a studied medical student, getting a prescription was the best way to begin treating an infection but the NP which took on a Dr. title refused to prescribe. Even if I made an appt it would be weeks out and otherwise it's the ER. I contacted again to get a prescription since I have my own diagnosis sticks ie. urinalysis strips. I was told she would have them refund the cost. I contacted her again via email replying to her email and she finally prescribed but, I was charged 4x! 4x? Try to speak to someome from their 1-800 numbers you won't be able to get in contact with anyone. I disputed the charges with my bank. And offering all the other meds that are already over the counter plus an abortion pill for a UTI is INSANE! There needs to be more preventative advice not just medications.

Most ladies know when they have a UTI, it’s so frustrating and unnecessary when we have to go into a doctors office or urgent care to get checked out. I was skeptical about using TreatMyUTI, but figured it was $49 and worth the convenience if it actually worked. It totally did!! I filled out the online form, paid the $49 and pressed purchase.
