Great product Much better than other honey suppliers

I ordered the shampoo and conditioner on 23 April and payment has been taken from my PayPal account. But I have not received the goods, nor had any reply to my email queries. Please refund the payment if you cannot supply the items I ordered.

Fabulous product. The hand cream has already softened my dry skin caused by so.much washing. It leaves my hands feeling soft but not greasy. Environmentally, I am also pleased that the cream is in a tin and that it was packaged in a cardboard box. I would like to see you use paper based brown tape though, rather than the plastic stuff that secured the box.
Would definitely recommend this cream.

I ordered four jars of honey. One was smashed on arrival. Although it was clear that care had been taken to protect the honey, the packaging could not be described as professional. The honey, it must be said, is delicious.
