I was struggling to find a UK shop which sold a specific board game but came across the Treehouse Board Game Cafe and saw they were selling the game at a very competitive price. I placed my order and it arrived in 2 days! Will definitely be buying again from here in the future!

One of my favourite places in Sheffield, I can't recommend every aspect of The Treehouse highly enough. Fantastic staff, delicious food and a wonderful atmosphere that are proof of the love and care that go into everything they do.

Whilst the cafe has been unable to run as usual I have purchased several things through their online shop. Service and delivery is always prompt and friendly, the range of quality games on offer to buy is fab, along with snacks (we LOVE the sourdough pretzels and valrhona brownie!). It is great to support independent businesses. When the cafe is open we enjoy visiting when we can, it has a relaxed and welcoming vibe and a wide range of games to try. Highly recommend.

Placed an order for a game plus some extras on the website. The order was delivered on the day, despite me being out and unable to receive it initially (my mistake), I emailed and they redelivered my package the same day.

I recently ordered a board game from Treehouse and they gave excellent service. Their website had useful info to help me choose a game, plus links to other useful websites and reviews. They offered free local delivery which was a bonus. I realised that on the day set for delivery I was going to be out, and I didn't want my daughter to receive the delivery as it was a present. I emailed and asked if I could change the delivery day and they were only to happy to help. It came hand-delivered to the door in a paper bag. No excess packaging and it came exactly when they said it would. The game was Ticket to Ride, Nordic Countries edition, which is a fab addition to our collection. Designed for 2-3 players, it makes an interesting alternative to other Ticket to Ride games we already have - they are all easy to learn games with huge re-playability. I will certainly order again from Treehouse as they have a great range of games to choose from and are so helpful.

Really good service, dealt with my order very quickly and it was ready for pickup. COVID safety was top notch. Wife really enjoys the game (Tiny Towns).

After searching high and low for a copy of Everdell for my partner's birthday that was at the regular price, I was overjoyed to find a copy on the Treehouse website. It was ready to pick up on their next day they were open, even during the Christmas crunch, and their click and collect process was quick, helpful and safe. On top of that, they kindly helped keep the games a surprise when my partner went in to collect them. Overall, excellent service and an incredible selection of games. I will definitely be ordering from them again and can't wait to visit the café when things open up again.

Ordered the Game Day in a Box for valentine's delivery. Easy to do online - good selection of options for snacks and picking a range of local beers (while still leaving a fun mystery element of the exact ones you get). Plenty of choice of games to order. I asked about the delivery date by email and got a very quick and friendly response. Same with delivery on the day, got an email saying when it would arrive. All brilliant and flawless, would definitely use again!
