Hi Matthew, thank you for your review and feedback. I apologise for any confusion over the aluminium clout nails we supplied with your order. I can confirm that we have sent you the right nails, even though the shaft diameter of 2.65mm is wider than the pre-drilled hole diameter of 2mm. This is because they are aluminium clout nails, and this is the narrowest shaft diameter available. Thinner nails are made from steel, a ferrous material, which can have an impact on the tree. When you hammer the nail through the tag hole, it will grip the tag but not damage it. We have sold thousands of these nails with the tags, without issue, although customers do occasionally query the nail size. We are happy to refund the nails element of your order. Kind regards, Peter

Replacement of stolen items
My parcel arrived by wonderful Royal Mail, encased in a plastic bag, with a large hole in the packaging, and no contents! I immediately called Treemarker and spoke to a fantastically helpful person who organised some replacement items free of charge that arrived the next day as promised. Fantastic customer service, unlike Royal Mail.

To maintain service levels, we try to avoid selling items on backorder, so in most cases we limit order quantities to available stock.
