With respect, what went wrong is that you choosed the WRONG courier service !!!! . My parcel arrived with both the top and bottom ripped/torn appart exposing the product within. I have lost count of how many parcels I have had I interfered with over the years, seemingly just like thousands of other customers too !!!. This isn't about a few bad apples,the whole BARREL is BAD and CORRUPT. Please, please STOP using HERMES/EVRI other wise you will continue to help perpetuate this NEFARIOUS and CORRUPT organisation !!! Thank you..... Ron Taylor.
