Got a watch for valentines day and my other half loves it. Really different and well made. I have seen others online and they cost nearly £200, so this is excellent value.
Only one niggle issue, is we cannot get the pins out using the tool to take a link out, even watched videos and it is so tight. Love the personalised message too.

I bought a watch from this site in November 2019. After 4 years daily wear and a single battery change, two of the links became chipped. I messaged through the site and received a link to order extra links. So pleased. Not only is the watch fabulous but the customer service is amazing too.

The item was fabulous, arrived in good time in the presentation box I paid for. Sadly trying to get the links out was not easy, and in doing so one got broken which my hubby had to replace with one he'd managed to get out. Other than that we were pleased with the item
