I’m not quite sure how I found Treeticker but really glad I did as their watches are simply stunning.

I decided to order two watches (Alpine 1) – one for myself and one as a present to my brother for his birthday and had both watches engraved on the back, I was a little disappointed as the one I really liked the look of was the Maha however it was out of stock at the time of ordering.

There was a little issue when I received my order however once I contacted Peter he was quick to sort it out which then led to me ordering another two watches – the Maha which was now back in stock and also the Quoba which was for my brother in laws birthday and both again with engraving.

Both watches arrived and are simply stunning (my favourite has to be the Maha) and I’d definitely recommend Treeticker.co.uk – these watches make fantastic gifts and combined with the personalisation and the bamboo boxes they are exceptional value.

The ordering system was a quick and easy process followed by quick delivery. The treeticker website has a good choice of quality made watches at good prices and with great customer service and I’m quite certain there will be some more watches being added to my collection in the near future.

Great quality watch, bought to give as a gift, was beautifully packaged! The watch face s really easy to read and the leather strap is lovely and soft to wear around the wrist.

Wow, what a great timepiece for such small outlay. I love the look, the fit, the understated charm. It was easy to adjust the wooden links on the strap I opted for and there's something deliciously Luddite about having a wooden watch - with no cruel leather to spoil the show.

I struggle to find a different gift for our 5th Wedding Anniversary, so glad I can across Treeticker. Very stylish looking watch. My husband was made up with it, he hadn't even noticed the engraving, but once shown he loved the watch more. Really quick delivery and a great price

I got the watch for my husband for father's day off our twins. I love it so much I was secretly hoping he wouldn't like it so I could steal it. It's really unusual and pretty. Delivery was quicker than advertised the quality of the watch is amazing for the price.

I have just received the watches i have orderd for my groomsmen as gifts, and they are superb and i couldnt be happier. When ordering i wanted a custom engraving design to both the watch and gift boxes so i emailed the owner Pete regarding this and the customer service i recieved in return was excellent . Nothing was to much of a hassle and Pete was very responsive and made ordering the designs i wanted go with ease. All in all you have one very happy customer here

I purchased a Treeticker watch for my relatives bday. The service was excellent!!! Prompt delivery in 3 days from ordering and the engraving is smooth and very detailed. Cheap when compared to Wewood and Treehut atre around £70. The recipient was over the moon. I will be back.

Ordered a personalised watch in plenty of time for a birthday gift. Site stated 5 days from order to delivery. After 7 days hadn’t received so checked tracking. Stated ‘with courier wait 48 hours’. Last date on the tracking was 2 days after the order. Contacted Treeticker to advise that I needed to item as it was a gift. They said one item in 100 gets lost so I was unlucky, that they would contact the courier but that I should purchase an alternative gift as they couldn’t guarantee delivery in time. I requested refund (and have chased several times) but no response from Treeticker. It is now 28 days since I ordered and I have not received the item (had to buy an alternative from elsewhere) and no refund. Will have to raise a case with my card provider and I will be contacting trading standards as this company has effectively stolen from me. Avoid.

Update:
There are several factual inaccuracies in the response from the retailer below.

There has been no ongoing email exchange. I contacted them to advise I had not received the item and that I would have to purchase an alternative. I received a reply at that point to which I thanked the retailer for investigating with the courier but stated as they could not deliver in time (and within the timescale promised) I needed a refund as I was going to have to purchase an alternative gift. I received no reply. I then requested a refund again four days later. Again no reply. I requested it again five days after that. Yet again no reply.
I only received a response to my emails AFTER this review was posted and the retailer agreed to refund and has now refunded.

Bought a watch from treeticker last Sunday and I have small wrists so was unsure about the fairly chunky designs - so I used the instant chat to ask for some recommendations and I was recommended a ladies watch as it had a smaller face and looks just like the gents styles - it fits perfectly. The customer service was excellent and they were even trying on watches themselves and saying which ones sit best on a smaller wrist! Thanks guys, I absolutely love it. To think I found out about these watches from listening to old XFM shows on youtube!? At this price I will be buying from your site again in the future.

Highly recommend if you find that metal bracelet watches can be a bit cumbersome or pinchy, perfect alternative.
