Trekkit customer service went above and beyond

Had a problem with a dog lead I purchased. I got in touch with Trekkie Customer Service. One of the Trekkit team took the time to phone me, as they realised I hadn’t received their email reply (it had landed in my spam email). They promptly arranged for a gift voucher to be sent to cover the cost of the lead. I can’t fault Trekkit customer service and I have already ordered from them again.

No sunglasses no refund

The sunglasses I purchased arrived pushed through letter box. They were poorly packaged into paper envelope and no bubble wrap no box. Royal mail delivered these sunglasses and if they were in box or more securely packaged they wouldn't have pushed it through the letter box as it physically wouldn't have fit through. I was not happy with the condition they arrived in . No one wants 155£ glasses pushed through letter box. I contacted Trekkit customer service for return label and refund. They apologised and agreed to send me return label. To return the parcel I have placed extra bubble wrap to make sure it arrived back to their warehouse safe and secure and better than I have received them. I didnt not hear from them for a while so I contacted about my return and refund. They have stated that glasses were missing a box. I told them I have returned them everything that was in the parcel and they were not in box upon receiving them. Long story short - its been over a month with Sam from Trekkit going back and forth and they refuse to accept the fact I have sent them back how I received them. Just yesterday they offered me store credit. But I have no desire to continue business with this shop. I have now lost hope to get full refund directly from them and spend another 1hour over ohone with my credit card provider making claim to get my money back. Dont bother. Because if something goes wrong this shop wont accept any wrong from their part and continuesly push for their narrative to be the correct one without taking facts into consideration. So now I have no sunglasses and no refund since I returned them back... Please avoid this shop.

Excellent prices. Great choice and excellent customer service.

I ordered a coat from 2 different well known hiking stores this week. Neither coat suited. I returned both.

Quite by chance I came across Trekitt. To be honest I've never heard of the company before.

Wow! Was I impressed... Great prices and excellent product choices. 

I got 3 coats from Trekitt at almost the cost of the other 2. YES!!

I'll be encouraging my friends to explore Trekitt's website. I am confident that I'll be buying from Trekitt again.

AVOID!! Desperate to sell and will refuse refund!

This seller is clearly more interested in making a sale than in providing good customer service, and will go to great lengths to avoid issuing a refund. I bought two RAAB jackets in different sizes (L and XL), each priced at £211, just to determine which size fit best. After finding the XL too large, I returned it a few days later, but the seller refused to refund me, claiming I had worn the jacket and that it had paint and oil stains. When I inspected the L jacket I kept, I discovered it also had paint and oil marks, which obviously came from their warehouse. I explained the situation to the seller, hoping for understanding and agreed to keep the L size despite the stains on it, but they still refused to process a refund. I then opened a dispute with PayPal and was initially told I would get my money back, but the seller, Trekkit, did not cooperate with PayPal. Because of this, I am now left with two jackets stained with paint and oil, through no fault of my own. I would advise against buying from this seller if you want to try on different sizes, as they are likely to refuse refunds. Their desperation for sales clearly outweighs any concern for customer satisfaction. Most of their reviews are on refused refunds and poor customer service. This was my first purchase from them and will NEVER happen again. Avoid Trekkit at all cost! There are various Outdoors shops online with excellent customer satisfaction.

Lost all tryst in the company.

Tried to return an item after it didn't fit. Sent it back in the EXACT state I received it. They said there was a label that I didn't return. This is not true. Be VERY careful choosing this company.

Great service, check availability

Great service, but check availability first!
I received my jacket in less than 24 hours after ordering it. Although I did have to postage, the rate was reasonable for the service provided.
It would be a 5 star rating, however while I was checking out the jacket I originally wanted sold out, leading me to a loop of errors on the website.
In the end I went for something different.

Trekkit changed the delivery date and said it was me

I ordered clothing online for delivery Jan 10th. it needed to be delivered that day as it is a gift. Imagine my surprise in receiving an email for Trekkit & then DPD the courier saying I had changed the delivery date to the 11th, which I hadn't. Trekkit service dept were v unhelpful & just shrugged & said well that was our error but tough. No effort to resolve the issue caused by them. In the end they were persuaded to change delivery address so gift would get to recipient on time but not wrapped properly as a gift & no message etc. I fear Trekkit has got too "corporate" and lost customer service from their ethos - sad when we've spend thousands with them over the years. Time for a rethink. Oh & the delivery change email I got saying it was from Trekkit wasn't from them it was from the courier.

Ordered an item 22/12/22 from Trekkit and wasn't expecting it to arrive until next week at the earliest due to being hectic christmas period.Actually arrived this morning 23/12/22 so order despatched and delivered in less than 24 hours.Brilliant service from Trekkit and DPD.

The shocking pictures of blisters and ripping of the skin and swollen feet they gave me didn’t suffice to them !
Unbelievable , will have to go through a dispute to try and get them retuned !
Never again will I deal with this company who supposedly strive for customer service satisfaction 👎🏻
Of this gets resolved then I will happily remove this review

Ordering a new RAB windproof jacket

Ordering a new RAB windproof jacket, was ever so straight forward, and the item was dispatched the same day of order.
