Trekkit India's service left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I placed a Cash on Delivery order (#8899) and paid a 10% advance as per their terms and conditions. Despite this, my order was not dispatched even after waiting for 4–5 days.

After following up via email, I was incorrectly informed that my original order #8899 had been canceled and replaced with a new order #8908—which was not correct. Later, I received another email with yet another order ID (#8946). This means there was a 5-day delay during which I was given incorrect information multiple times.

This caused unnecessary confusion and delay. I paid in advance expecting a smoother process, but instead faced miscommunication, a lack of proactive support, and a delay just to get my order dispatched. If customers are paying ahead, it's fair to expect timely and accurate service.

I hope Trekkit India takes this feedback seriously and improves their order management and communication moving forward.

Amazing! Kiwi 2 and Steal 2 pants ordered from here. Not going back. Used them on a trek to Harishchandragad. Kept me dry and warm throughout the journey. Perfect true to fit, authentic supplier, perfect shipping time ordered it 5 days before the trek delivery by the third day. Thanks for this. You will be main supplier for trekking gear going onwards.

This is really a well managed website and store for adventure lovers to get quality products. Online Purchasing experience and online services are very smooth. Collections are very updated to sports , sometimes if you miss a day the product is gone. Also products in steals and offers categories are highly discounted throughout the year. Trekkit is a sole store that offers pan India delivery.

So far I have purchased Salewa shoes, Rab sleeping bag, jacketsand other trekking equipment. The quality of each product is great and long lasting. The deliveries are always on time which make Trekkit all the more reliable.

The L size was too big when it arrived. They let me return the item and send the new purchase of the M size through a different courier which is more trusted to ship faster just so that I can have the jacket right before my trip. This kind of service really deserves recognition! Its almost unheard of. And the jacket quality is awesome . They are the real deal.

I’m very disappointed with the customer support. I reached out via email the past 2–3 days and received no response whatsoever. It's incredibly frustrating to be ignored when trying to resolve an issue. A company should prioritize customer concerns and at the very least acknowledge them in a timely manner. This lack of communication has significantly affected my trust in their service.

I went to Trekkit India last week to buy Salwa shoes. When I went there, my experience was very bad and I advise everyone not to do any shopping from Trekkit. Firstly, when I reached there, looking at their staff, it felt as if no one has come to the office after washing his face. Secondly, there was a small girl on the front, when I wanted to know about the product, she told me that these are not local shoes, that's why it is expensive. I told her, please tell me the specification about the product. She said, you can read it on the website sir, please check the website.

I ordered for a Lowe Alpine Manaslu 65:80 pack for expedition use. Not only is it apt for alpine expedition usage (owing to the credibility of Lowe Alpine), but also the team at Trekkit was more than helpful in expediting the delivery of the pack, upon request.
Trekkit is one of the few companies that bring superior outdoor brands closer home; I'm looking forward at being a regular with them, definitely. Cheers!

Ordered a fleece jacket and it was delivered promptly. There was an issue with the size, I had ordered a XL which was too loose for me . They took it back and sent me a L. . I would highly recommend them. Great to have the opportunity to buy quality stuff at reasonable rates in India

Had an excellent experience with Trekkit, ordered a Rab Electron Pro Orion Blue jacket in S size, got promptly within 2 days of ordering, very well packed, unfortunately was small after wearing 2 layers under it, sent back and got the replacement again within 2 days ! I’ve had a great experience. I live in Mumbai and there’s no choice for very good trekking gear that’s excellent quality, will last and is suitable for fairly high altitude trekking in India. If you know what you want and your size, they will deliver it to you quickly. The team there is also very communicative by WhatsApp and phone.

Recently bought a Rab fleece jacket from Trek Kit since they were recommended to me as being one of the best online retailers for adventure gear. The jacket was meant as a gift and I got the sizing wrong. Made a call and sure enough they accepted the return request pretty quick. Couldn’t be happier with the experience! The product itself was delivered safely packed and I can attest is the genuine article.

The go to place for high quality outdoor gear in India. More than their collection of products their staff is highly knowledgeable and recommend the right gear for your needs. For instance when i needed a good winter boot they recommended the Salewa Mountain Trainer Winter GTX. Its flat soles (without a heel) had great traction on slippery ice and I was able cross such slippery sections with much confidence.

I would love to see them expand their collection with more brands for each category. For instance I would love to see MSR stoves on offer in their site in addition to the Primus stoves that they carry currently.

Trek Kit.... is,was and always will be a... "one stop : look no further" outlet for me.
Their products are genuine, durable and very comfortable, as advertised. Nothing more, nothing less.
I had never ever regretted any of the advice n suggestions, on products to be bought for my outdoor needs. Priority is the client not their sale !!!
