Total scam - avoid at all costs

Placed an order for a product, it never arrived, no refund, ignores contact, ended up having to do a chargeback with my card provider. Seems like a scam to me.

I spent £600 on VR glasses over 6 weeks ago, stated here is a delay, I've requested my money back 3 times, no response. On Monday I'm taking them to court to obtain a CCJ and report the transaction as FRAUD. Stay away from these lot. . .

Scamers they failed to deliver my coat…

Scamers they failed to deliver my coat after a month this was for a holiday to Iceland. When I told them it won't get here on time they agreed to a refund. Then sent me a message saying they would deliver while I was out of the country, and have refused to refund or answer anymore emails. SCAM.

Scam company refunds impossible!!

Ordered a fish finder that wouldn’t detect fish in a lake known to have many! I contacted the seller to advise them who asked me for video or photo evidence. Emails went back and forth with several delays on their part and constantly having to ask for updates. It seems they wait until the 30 day return date has passed then tell you that you can no longer return even though the initial query was before this and the delay is their fault! Do not use!!

Do not use this company

Do not use this company, ordered a ballistic helmet which after numerous weeks of waiting never arrived, promised a refund, still not arrived, same bullshit generic emails promising refund and saying sorry which must be bot generated. Total joke of a company!!!

Buyer beware- please read!

I wish I had read the negative reviews on here before making a purchase with this company. I hope this review helps others to avoid the same mistake!

I bought some clothing which when arrived did not fit and was clearly smaller sizing than advertised. I asked to return and what ensued was a drawn out process with them asking for videos and photos- all which where sent. Then having to wait days for replies and chase them up. At one point they offered 10% to keep but as they dont fit this is of no use to me! Eventually I returned them- unworn and in original packaging only to be told it was one day outside their returns window. I said I have email proof of multiple messages sent and I was waiting for them! But they have refused to refund me. They now have the product back and my money- I’ve never experienced a company that is legitimate behave in this manner. The website all looked fine but as the message replies continued it was clear something is just off about them.

Cozy with a Side of Style

These slippers are like walking on clouds! The retro design is super cute and they keep my feet toasty warm during chilly nights. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is they run slightly large - I'd recommend sizing down. The memory foam takes a few days to break in but becomes incredibly comfortable. After 3 months of use, they're still holding up great though the plush is slightly less fluffy.

Do not use this shop!!!

If I could give negative stars I would.
I order an item as a gift for a wedding I’m the best man at, i ordered it a few weeks ago, then a week later I chased up the order. To be told it was not it stock, so offered me the other model, not really what I wanted, but as I only had 2 weeks left before there wedding, I figured it would have to do, Mary-Ann appeared very helpful and guaranteed me I would receive it in plenty of time.
It was due by today, and I can see I. The tracking it’s not even in England yet.
So went to email them this morning to ask for a refund, and my email address has been blocked.
Absolutely disgusting business model and I will definitely never be recommending or ordering anything ever again from them.
Absolutely scammers

Ordered a coat on 2/2/24

Ordered a cost from them, did not fit, took them nearly 3 weeks to say they had not got a larger size. Asked for a returns label, no response, then asked for a refund, have taken nearly a month to process, but have taken £10 off the refund with no explanation. Complete rip off merchants

AVOID

I ordered a tent two weeks ago, costing over £200. I had an email saying i would be notified when sent for delivery... over a week later and nothing. I sent messages on their facebook, instagram, email and their message/chat box querying this as I will be travelling from end of March and thought with three weeks to spare, this item will surely arrive.

I had one message back which reads like alot of the other messages on here - that they understood my frustration and rest assured it would arrive in time. Another week passes and I have heard nothing.

I rang my bank today to report this - I think this is utterly disgusting - bad customer service and a product that cost alot of money that hasn't arrived. I feel utterly despondent; I needed that tent, paid for it, and now I don't know what I will do instead.

Avoid this company. I wish to god I'd read Trust Pilot before I bought from what can only be a couple of scammers. Trek Tech you are a disgrace, and dishonourable.

Tuesday 2nd April 2024: I received my tent last week, but it was a little too late as I didn't know whether the tent would arrive at all, given the above stresses. So I used my partner's tent which is quite old and difficult to put up - however, when i came back off my tour yesterday, I put the trek tech tent up and there are tiny holes, like a moth has been at it, in the corners. I had really hoped that I would have the tent and could just forget about this experience, but now I have the feeling I'm going to have to fight for a refund.

Pretty awful this lot

I ordered my son for Christmas a bunch of airsoft equipment including, helmet, bracket and a night vision binocular. They delivered most of it but forgot the bracket that attaches to the helmet and the binocular.

They apologies and send me out a bracket that is not compatible with helmet.

I then have to send them a video showing it doesn't fit.

once again I get an apology and they tell me they will send out a new helmet but in a different colour, I'm pretty fed up by now and accept.

They don't send out a replacement helmet, they do nothing.

I'm now waiting on a refund that hasn't arrived.

pretty poor service, If you can find an alternative supplier I would.

No contact from them, very dodgy firm, steer clear.

As you can now see, they have responded to my review, but haven't refunded any of the money, I also excepted the alternative helmet, although it wasn't what we ordered and they didn't send that either.

NO REPLACEMENT, NO REFUND, AND VERY LITTLE COMMUNICATION.

Empty Promises

It seems the only way to get any replies from this company is to put a review on trustpilot. Once again this company has made empty promises about sending replacement Jordan slippers out for my niece that I got her for Christmas. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Thus issue has been going on since Christmas day and you have still not resolved it. As a company you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Not what I ordered

I placed an order for Jordan 1 slippers. I used the option to select the slipper size but when they arrived they were about 4 sizes too small which I was gutted about as they looked great. I contacted tech gear and was advised they were a 1 size fits most?? But the completely mislead customers by allowing buyers to select a specific shoe size knowing that there were not different shoe sizes available.

The website clearly says a 30 day money back guarantee but when I asked how I made a a refund they recommended that I save the environment and keep them or donate them to a charity and they would give me 30% as a gesture of good will? Most bizarre thing I’ve ever heard.
Whilst looking through the website I also realised that they will sell your personal information unless you opt out. I have tried to do this but don’t know if I am too late and there is no confirmation that this has worked.
All red flags and worrying sales tactics.

I have contacted them to ask for a return label as the item is not what I ordered so time will tell ….
