I have used and purchased many different “waterless” or composting toilets over the years. I like my Trelino the best. It’s a little pricy, but I feel in the end the quality and comfort is worth it. I camp a lot and use mine all the time.

We are a full time van couple. We recently changed to the Trelino urine diverted toilet from a cassette toilet. The Trelino toilet is a much more user friendly way of life with the daily toilet needs over the cassette toilet. Very happy we made the change.

We love our Trelino. It is easy to use (even for a woman), easy to clean, and it is a perfect fit for our campervan. We also like that it requires no electricity or venting, so there are no limits on where to place it in the van (or even outside of it).

Very comfortable to use. Easy to clean. However, it’s not easy to pick up. Perhaps you could put in some finger holes or indents on the sides.

Sturdy toilet and comfortable. I found a tote that it fits into perfectly making it easy to move about. I like that I can use it as a step to get up onto the van’s bed. Super easy to clean out. I mostly only use for emergencies, and I’m using the biodegradable bags for #2. Very pleased with my purchase.

I have no complaints about their toilet. It is simple and not harmful for the environment. There’s plenty of camping toilet options out there and most of them are just overkill. You’d think it’s easy to find a simple toilet that does the only thing it needs to do but I was wrong. However, I’m glad I found Trelino.

We love our Trevino! We traded out our Campco for the Trelino 4 months and couldn’t be happier. We have a converted van and the medium Trevino fits in our toilet/extra seat box with room to spare. The Trevino is sturdy, comfortable and well built, not tippy at all. The pee jugs fits into a plastic grocery bag along with the Lysol wipes and we can discreetly carry it into any restroom for dumping. The poo bag we tie up and dump in the garbage just like disposable diapers. We got an extra pee jug so we always have our Trelino ready to go. It takes a little bit to learn exactly where to sit to properly use the separator but the instruction booklet was very helpful. The 1:7 vinegar water solution works well to keep the pee jug scale free. We travel in our van 6-9 months each year and the Trelino has really been a nice upgrade. Spendy but well worth it!

We are a family of four and have been looking for the perfect toilet for our sprinter van. We had been through a couple more common names, however they were not for us. Trelino checked every box and after over a year, it is still perfect! We love the ease of dumping the separate urine canister. We love the separate area for solids. We do use the porta paks in the urine canister and we have no smell issues. Toilet is very comfortable if you need to sit on it for a few minutes. We recommend our trelino to everyone!

We have had our Trelino for about a little over a year at this point. It's simple and comfortable to use, and easy to dispose of the waste. When used properly (with enough wood shavings/other material), it does not smell. We went with Trelino due to their price vs other composting toilets and highly recommend them. The shipping was fast, and the company is very responsive.

Never emptying a black tank again, thanks to Trelino! The solids/liquid separation works very, very well. I double bag the solids and just toss into trash after using. And having a sealed, leakproof liquid container gives me peace of mind while bouncing down the road on these poorly maintained interstates and roads here in the USA. Even so, I don’t use the enclosed cap to seal the liquids canister and nothing splashes back through the “one-way only” liquids set up. I appreciate the simplicity and functionality of such a basic , well constructed system. I may buy another one for dedicated use in the house, in order to conserve water usage since water and sewer bills for my sticks and bricks home is getting costly. Thank you Trelino for “keeping it simple”, and “making it smart”!

The product is great and I love the simplicity of a two compartment system toilet!!
It is light and doesn't take up much space. It is so easy to remove each compartment independently and rinse them out. I also like the ability to lift out the entire toilet and rinse and sanitize the main toilet.
It has made boondocking a much more convenient and sanitary way to contain what has been an unpleasant job!!

I have a large C-class motorhome with a macerating toilet. Besides being a water hog, there’s a lot of ways it can go kaput so I felt I needed a reliable backup. After a bit of research I decided on Trelino, and it has become my day-to-day toilet. It lives in the shower stall, and it’s so simple to move it for showering. Now I only use the built-in macerating toilet very occasionally just to keep the seals, etc lubricated. Needless to say, I am very pleased and impressed with my Trelino Evo!

I truly love my Trelino toilet! It replaced the regular toilet in my RV. The only issue I have with it is not being able to see the level of the urine container. A window in to the container would be helpful. Also, if the seat section was hinged it would make it easier to access the 2 containers in the base without having to take the whole top off.
Other than those 2 things, it works great, is easy to clean and use.

The toilet is very simple to use, its an excellent design.
We use it in our RV and it works well for us in that application.

We have been using our Trelino full time for 9 months now and we couldn’t be more happy with our purchase. This is by far the best composting toilet on the market. It’s small, compact, easy to use and best part is it’s easy to clean. The seat is molded, so there is no nooks and crannies to get into. Just spray and wipe clean, no need to worry about massive cleaning. It’s just so easy to clean after each use. And then just bag it and throw in the appropriate bin. Just make sure you order the Urin plug with your purchase. It should come standard but doesn’t. And it makes a big difference. We are full time travellers and comment all the time how happy we are with this composting toilet. Thanks Trelino, for making a great product.

We'd been looking for a waterless toilet to retrofit into our commercially built van. Aside from Trelino being one of just a couple that would fit, we chose it because 1) build quality 2) option for various capacities (we went with large and are glad) 3) no electricity required 4) No proprietary, expensive bags to purchase (though they offer waste bags, we bought some compostable ones online) 5) easy to dispose waste and clean components

I contacted customer service prior to purchase for a question about their return policy and when I forgot to add my promo code at purchase. Both times, I received a response within 24 hours.

We have about three months of full-time use and will never go back. We have so many more (free) options for waste disposal. Highly recommend the company and product.

I use the Trelino Evo S in my little fiberglass egg trailer. It is a perfect fit, lightweight, odorless and easy to empty. Much better than a chemical portable toilet. Two thumbs up!
