Sauberkeit war noch nie so einfach! Die Behälter unserer Trenntoiletten können mit zwei Handgriffen separat voneinander entnommen, entleert und gereinigt werden. Für eine unkomplizierte und hygienische Reinigung verzichten wir bei unseren Korpussen auf unnötige Ecken, Kanten oder Grate, in denen sich Schmutz ablagern kann.

Vergiss die Suche nach speziellen Entsorgungsstationen! Mit unseren Trenntoiletten wird die Beseitigung kleiner und großer Geschäfte zu einem Kinderspiel. Den Urinkanister kannst Du in jedem Parkplatz- oder Raststätten-WC entleeren. Disappointed – Missing Part and Poor Quality Design
I purchased the Trevilono composting toilet and unfortunately, I’m not impressed. It arrived without the lid for the solid waste compartment. When I contacted the company, I was told the lid “was not an important part” — which is not acceptable. I bought it expecting all parts included, and whether they consider it essential or not, it should have been there.
The overall build feels quite cheap. The urine compartment is poorly designed — it splashes into the solid waste section, which defeats the purpose of separating the two. Considering the price, I expected much better quality and design.
I cannot justify the cost based on the product I received, and I would not recommend it.

In our response, we simply wanted to explain that the solids container is actually intended to remain open during use, as proper airflow helps moisture evaporate and prevents odors from forming.
Regarding the separation issue: For the best results, we recommend sitting upright and as far forward as possible on the toilet—this helps ensure optimal separation of urine and solids.

Overpriced and ill thought out...
Overpriced, poor quality and useless couriers.
Trelino are very good at customer service once you have a problem but it seems to me this item is not veyr well engineered and is let down by a few key factors.
They use probably the worst courier in the UK who just don't care about the standard of service. It's the most expensive item of it's type but production has not been thought about properly and parts cannot be replaced easily as they won't fit as each toilet is different, this is nonsensical and creates enormous problems if you need anything changed.

Trelino toilet
The materials are alot thinner than i expected it to be.
The toilet is good for what its designed for but for the price i expected it to be a bit more sturdier.
That being said its a simple place natures call.

We ordered the Trelino Timber S • Self-assembly kit, along with some "starter stuff". We ordered this kit mainly because of the price. The kit arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. It looks better than we expected and does exactly what we bought it for.

Packing proces can be improved
Packing proces can be improved. The bag containing the ordered litter was broken on arrival wich caused some permanent damage to the separator and every item in the box needed to be cleaned thoroughly.
