I made an order two weeks ago and I still haven’t received my order. I have tried to contact them and I can’t get any response.

The products have still not come and no reply to emails

So far so good. I have ordered a brush order number 1688. I have received conformation of them receiving the order but havent dispatched it yet….

Update I placed the order on Tuesday and today is Thursday but I haven’t even been given a tracking order. I can’t even contact tremaire.

Update-Great communication from the tremaire team they told me the issues they were having and even shipped my parcel with first class delivery 🤝 Parcel has safely arrived and the good treatment didn’t stop there they even gave me 30% discount on future orders ! Would definitely buy from the company again😀

Postage was extremely fast, received on the next day. Description of brush was very much delivered, slicked my hair like no other, with minimum effort. Will definitely be back to buy another!

Fast delivery, quality brushes

Ordered 2 brushes from Tremaire to help with my wave journey & the quality is amazing. Its extremely hard to get curved brushes in the UK (I’ve only known about American brands such as Torino Pro) and they’ve got it spot on! Will be buying again in the future!

My customer experience has been top notch from start to finish. I had a very helpful member of staff sort out my enquiry about my delivery, after it being delayed by the couriers. Prompt, helpful and very understanding at my frustration. My medium-hard brush is the perfect density - not prickly or too stiff, so it doesn't feel like your scratching your head with a rake. the size is decent, and the handle is comfortable to hold for extended periods of time (> 5 mins). So far, so good.

Get what you pay for - quality, A1 brush!

Just received my brush in the mail, a super-fast delivery, and (bonus) my delivery man was really nice!

I'm glad tremaire released a brush with a handle.
But I wish they had it available in more (feminine colors). I have thick curly hair and finding a brush that will slick my hair down (not just smooth the top) has been hard. Tremain brushes get the job done! Not too rough or too soft. It worth the investment!

P.s. I hate when brushes are too soft and start leaning or too hard and yank out all the baby hairs!

If they did brushes for baby hairs I but it, it's not an everyday toothbrush. #GhettoAntics
