I bought a camera from them, they took my money but never shipped the camera. 8 emails and no answer. No answer on the phone. Put in a ticket at the website..No Answer! They have my money I have nothing and can't get a response from them. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!
If you want a camera LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE

Delivery very slow but was told that from the start. Cameras came from China. So true instructions were the worst. After trying to figure it out the 3 cameras worked great. Still not sure if I am doing it right. Am going to order 2 more. Can't seem to find good instruction even on internet. Very good picture. Also don't understand if you have to pay for the cloud to save picture. All in all happy with purchase so far.
Bought a Mini DV camera, paid a bit more than other sellers offered, delivery fine, instructions just hopeless in english, cam just worked in manual mode.
Asked for credit for another product, received 2 emails then no more replies, asked for refund, still no replies.
Best of luck dealing with this crowd, highly unrecommended ;(
