Update:
I send an email for the issue below and got a speedy response and solution. They will refund my money (my choice) even tho returning the (admiddatly broken) object wasn't really doable.
Upgraded from 1 dtar to 3 stars because the service was good, but I still have to wait if and when I'll recieve my money.

I just recieved my footbal table from this website, the first thing I noticed was that the packaging showed a weight of under 30kg, while the table was advertised as 60kg, I thought that maybe the packaging was off but I fel the weight and it definetly wasn't 60kg, I decided to see how the insides were like and was shocked how much damage there was, table is unusable. I send an email yesterday, as of yet have not recieved an answer, depending on how they will respond/compensate me i'll update the review, but for now I have never recieved anything in this bad a state, might be chinese knock off of the advertised product even.

I placed my order a few days ago, first and foremost I did not receive any confirmation email whatsoever. Tried getting in contact through the contact form but no response yet. Tried to call the phone number and again without success...

UPDATE: Today I finally was able to get in contact, received the order confirmation, there seem to be a few technical issues on the website tho, waiting for the order to arrive.

My friend ordered one gift for me from here, the last year's in November,
I pick up the contact with the customer but nothing happened, Besides ruining Christmas, this is on some level interesting, because Almost one and half month and nothing, Outrageous

I didn't recieve my parcel and so far they have not refunded my money

Though the boiler was promised to arrive in 3 working days even after a week it was not delivered and eventually I had cancel the order. Service desk was helpful though.
