I would give them no stars or negative…

I would give them no stars or negative stars if I could. They sent me a defective item (totally useless) and when I told them, they required me to send a video proving that it did not work. They said that sending the video would relieve me of having to return the item. After much trouble and frustration, I was able to get the video to them, and then got a message asking me to return the item for a refund. They would not pay return shipping (to China!). What kind of business would send a defective item and then expect the customer to pay return shipping? Please do not do business with this company. They are the worst I have ever dealt with.

GARBAGE the pet mesh gate came without…

GARBAGE the pet mesh gate came without good instructions. it stated adjust from 48" to 72". Got a roll of mesh 72 " long. When inquired about return was told NO REFUNDS ON SA;E ITEMS. They should state this on the order form. you should not have go check their entire website and look up return policy.

ordered matching salt and pepper…

ordered matching salt and pepper grinders. After 2 months on the slow boat from china I received one. Now over 3 months later I am still waiting for my matching grinder. Never use this company or order anything from China!!!!!!!!!!!

Product purchased way below…

Product purchased way below expectation. Delivered from China - which I avoid like the plague. Request to return was told to refuse shipment which is fine if you're sitting around when it gets delivered, which I was not. Return shipping cost exceeds price.

Terrible service

I had purchased a product with trenddelivery on the 12th of February. It was said to arrive within 14 business days and even sooner with the “skip the line” fee. After the 14 business days I had inquired about the purchase because the tracking number given had not been added to the system therefore was impossible to track my package. After 20 business days I’ve had enough of waiting and requested a refund to which I was denied because on their system the product was already “in transit” which I argued that they cannot deny me a refund just because it’s “in transit” so I gave them time to see if it was true. Late March came around and I emailed support once again demanding a refund because the product still had not arrived. They still refused to give me a refund despite my legitimate reason to request it. So I decided to report them to the FTC and had them made aware that they’re gonna be investigated. surprise! Suddenly my package was updated and many apologies were given and literally 2 days later the product had arrived. The fact that they changed their attitude as soon as I mentioned the FTC tells me they had no intention of giving me anything and were gonna stay behind the whole “in transit” excuse to which I educated them on the laws regarding online business that sell products. To all future customers please steer clear of trenddelivery! If you’ve already made a purchase and are having the same issue. Learn your rights as the customer and laws regarding online businesses when it comes to purchasing anything online. It’ll come in handy when any site such as trend tries to make off with your money and make no effort to assist you.

Very VERY bad bad!!

Very VERY bad bad!!! DO NOT ORDER! This company is a total SHAM!!! Order never arrived! Refuse to give money back so far - its been three months pending. Terrible. Fraudulent company.

Don't order from them

Don't order from them. You will wait for your item forever. Everything from China. Wery poor quality. No customer service. I waited for my items more than 2 months. No refunds. Fraud.

Please do not order from them!!!

Please do not order from them!!!! I ordered something on 11/27/18 and to date I do not have the item. I emailed them requesting for a refund and they stated that they can't refund me bc my item is en route and provided a link for me to track my order. When I clicked on the link it stated that on 12/14/18 my item arrived in KOREA. Today, 12/30/18, I went back to track the order and it still reads that my item was shipped to KOREA on 12/14/18! I don't want the item anymore and they refuse to give me back my money! It was a gift for my 80 year old mother and it still isn't here!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM PLEASE!!!!

No customer service and no package

I have been waiting 3 weeks for my package to even be sent, let alone delivered. I called the phone number and there is no one to talk to, it says you have to email. So I emailed 2 weeks ago and I never got a response. Very frustrated, I decided to message them on Facebook and I got one response saying they aren't sure with the status of my order and they would get back to me. A week has passed by and I still haven't heard from them. It was supposed to be a present and that went down the drain. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Not sure how many more weeks I will have to wait if my package ever arrives. I am a first time customer and I can be 100% sure in saying I am a last time customer. Terrible customer service.
