Received a beach ball in the shape of an ornament. Pure garbage, do NOT order!

I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. Same story as everyone else: I ordered the item in November 2018 and I NEVER received them (it's been 1.5 years). They replied to my first email in December 2018 with 'Because of the holiday season, we are experiencing significant delays. We are shipping all the order as fast as possible, but shipping services are overloaded. Please, be patient.'. After that I never heard back again after I've emailed and tried to contact them several times. It's sad that there are companies out there just taking advantage of people and stealing their money.

Like everyone else on this thread, I ordered piping tips on Nov. 16, 2018 and never received them. Trendgad charged me $48.99 for them. I used my American Express card to pay for it, but alerted them too late and they say they can't do anything. I am trying to get AmEx to take some action and report Trendgad to the Attorney General as a fraudulent company but am not terribly hopeful (they don't seem to be too interested in doing anything outside their scripted response)... will also raise with my state's AG and see if that helps.

I paid for my product and never received it. I didn't even have a way to contact them. They are nothing but crooks.

The Trendgad team." I got that same response every single time I would email to find out where my item is. Its now July and I called paypal and they can't help me because my dispute was not handled before 180 days. I contacted my credit card and they can't help me because its been over 6 months. I told them that I didn't know there was a problem (and not just a mail/shipping delay) so I didn't dispute because I just figured they were slow. I'm so mad now. I know its only $16.99 but its the principle that they are taking everyone's money and fraudulently cheating them.

I ordered a set of piping nozzles in November 2018 as a Christmas Gift. WOW, I actually got them a few weeks later. I decided to order myself a set on December 19, 2018. NEVER GOT THEM! its been almost SIX MONTHS!!! Everytime I email, as other posters have said, I get the same stupid message, "shipping services are overloaded, please be patient". I have complained so much that they don't even answer my emails anymore. I can't get the product or a refund.
I am so angry. I even wrote to the company who processed the payment - they were no help either, said you have to contact Trendgad directly. Yeah, right.

I bought these and paid but never received them. This is a scam.

Bought cake piping tips on December 12, they were quick to process my payment, however it is now 4/21/2019 and I still have not received my item I paid for. I have contacted support many times and still they just say my item is being prepared for shipment. REALLY?? 5 MONTHS IS NEEDED TO PREPARE SHIPMENT??

I ordered the piping nozzles last year Oct - Nov time, paid for them and it's now April and I've not received these piping nozzles yet. I have sent this company several emails now and there response is always the same. I am quite sure they send an automatic reply to my emails because it's the same response every time. I'm fed up and wish I could report this company to a higher source! They've taken my money and I have nothing to show for the money they took from me. I'm sure this is a scam and they never intended to send these piping nozzles to anyone. This is disgusting of them and they deserve to be investigated with all the money they have taken from people and not given anyone their orders. I'm very disappointed!!

I never reseved my order. Ordered and payed in november-18. They just answer that the order is on its way when I e-mail them.

They never shipped item, then they’re website stopped working. I let pay pal know. Don’t give them any of your money they are a scam! Shoplifty is the website they used and it is currently unavailable!

Bad Bad company. Ordered 10/12 and get no information, today 6/3, they answered me to be patient... :(

It's been two months since I placed my order with Trendgad and paid, but I haven't received anything.
When I write, I only get an automated message "due to the holidays"...what holidays?
If anyone has a clue how to get the money back, please share. Thanks.

Still have not receive my items I purchase on December 24th 2018. its been over two months and they just took my money and never sent the item. stay away

This 'company' should be strung up by their dangly bits!! Scammers!! Placed an order on December 18 2018. They said I would receive in 2 to 4 weeks. 6 weeks later... nothing. First attempt to contact company... no response. Second attempt... an immediate response of 'due to the holidays, delivery may take longer'. This is February. What holidays?!?! A deliberate diversion. Fraudulent. Wish I knew how to find perpetrators and prosecute. DO NOT order from Trendgad!

I have had the same experience as every other reviewer. Ordered in early December and paid immediately. Had one response, and then nothing since then despite repeated queries.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Never received my cake piping nozzles I ordered Nov 19th 2018. Customer service was non responsive. This is a scam website.

I have had the same experience as everyone else - ordered cake piping nozzles on November 21 and still nothing has arrived. I have emailed and again I get an automated response. Will be issuing a dispute with PayPal .

They charged me the day of my order, December 20th and they still have not shipped. Bad company. I have disputed charge and sent them multiple emails to only receive an auto response.
