The watch box I ordered came on time and was well packaged. There is a small rip in the velours fabric inside the box, which I did not notice right away. The box is hefty and otherwise feels well-made.

I ordered a wallet for my husband
I ordered a wallet for my husband. Though quality of wallet is great but I received it after a month bcoz the courier company was Canada post. Nd one more thing that disappoint me is that I paid 24 $ extra custom duty to get that wallet at delivery time, which was not mentioned at any time when I ordered this.

So ordering a hat has been terrible…
So ordering a hat has been a terrible experience.
First, Trendhim charged me HST - which is OK - except that Canada Customs charged me HST again plus a $10 handling charge.
I ordered the same size as my other hats (I have a collection) and it arrived too big.
So I opted to have the item exchanged for a 57 cm size. I printed out the "International" reply postage paid label and Canada Post said it doesn't accept them in Canada.

Discovery by chance! Amazing products and brilliant customer service
Discovered their website through surfing while looking for a black titanium ring for my wedding. I went through many options in Canada but the designs and engravings were not that much interesting.
Trendhim got a huge variety of designs and engravings on them. Atleast one brand which takes care of mens grooming so seriously.
I inquired and sent many questions to them before ordering and Marcella, Winnie and Kasia were patient to reply each point and seamlessly they helped me order it. Even I ordered a day early when the 20% discount offer was about to start, Trendhim applied the discount for me. My spouse is happy to see her name in the ring. Great products and top notch customer service. Going to stick to trendhim for life and going to recommend to all friends.
