Items ordered and delivered, but quite frankly did not match European sizes. The company refused to change them saying the size was what was ordered, even though their sizes were, in fact, inaccurate for European sizes.

Poor quality material… not worth the price they charge.

They don’t give you any update on order status. You have to call in just for them to tell you the vendor hasn’t sent it yet and then you have to end up waiting for 1-1.5 months more. They should do a better job of communicating with their customers and shipping orders in within the ETA they give customers when they order.

Quality of fabric is too poor according to price 😔😔.. so disappointed with first order.. the fitting is not as expected as well 😕😕

We purchased the item based on the image and it seemed cream.

However when the item was received it was more orange than cream and the sleeves seemed longer too.

Whilst we appreciate shopping online has its risks but most good companies offer a no quibble refund if the item is returned within 30 days.

We requested a refund and were advised the refund policy states that colours may vary and the item was not eligible for a refund.

We were simply glad we only bought one inexpensive item and based on our experience why would anyone buy from this company and poor customer service.

There is no guarantee the product you see in the image and the one you receive are identical in print. There seems no chance of a refund so why take the risk.

Would not recommend this company or their products.

Trend India is one of the worst online place to shop. The products did not arrive on time and the website description for the fabric does not match actual fabric. Very poor quality fabric. The 3 kurtas outfit I bought had to be trashed in the garbage. I live abroad so can’t even do any returns.

I just had a horrible experience trying to get a refund or an exchange! They said it’s too expensive to return the items for me so basically it’s not worth it, they were a nightmare and I will never shop with them and urge anyone to avoid buying from these people!!🤬😡

This company is a nightmare! The sizes are all over the place and no US size charts. I was told I could return if clothes did not fit. Having NO luck getting a refund or any accountability. I feel totally scammed and purchased 5 dresses. Will file dispute with credit card company and with the Better Business Bureau. I recommend not to make the mistake of buying from Trendia in the first place and if you already have contact the Attorney General, Better Business Bureau and file dispute with your bank for return/freeze of funds. This company should be shut down. #TC180463

Received my order today after a three week wait. Item is nothing like pictured nor described. They advertise as being a family run and independent small business however the quality is so poor and the shipping info was all from warehouses in China. Disappointed as £40 is a lot to spend on an item that’s nothing as described, pictured and ordered. Should have done my research before purchasing.

I am very disappointed with my recent purchase from Trendia . I ordered a 3-piece Nehru dress set that was supposed to include a kurta, pants, and a Nehru coat. However, when the package arrived, only the Nehru coat was included — both the kurta and pants were missing.
I contacted customer service immediately after discovering this issue, but they refused to help because it had been two weeks since delivery. Their response was that I should have taken a video while opening the package — but how am I supposed to know in advance that parts of my order would be missing? That is an unreasonable expectation for any customer.
This is very poor customer service, and I am extremely disappointed with how they handled the situation. I would caution others to be careful when ordering from this store — you may not receive what you paid for, and the company won’t take responsibility for it.

Ordered two suits and one came without the dupatta. It took ages to even contact anyone and they then required an unboxing video to show the dupatta was missing. They then finally responded and said “For the above item, the vendor failed to send the dupatta, so we would like to offer a 20% refund on the product cost.”
Absolutely ridiculous- I would not have ordered a suit without a dupatta so 20% off is not my solution. I have asked to have the dupatta sent out as nothing else will match and I paid for the dupatta and now I have ben ghosted! No response!
Ridiculous website and horrendous customer service

Very disappointing experience with delayed delivery and poor fabric quality. Customer service was unhelpful, refusing to accept returns for quality issues. Definitely not ordering again! 👎

Do not buy from Trendia. They are scammers, the material described does not match the material received, their customer care won’t accept refunds as they call this a quality issue and they don’t issue refunds for quality issues. Such companies should be banned.

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from Trendia. The product I received looks similar in color to the pictures on the website, but the fabric quality is completely different. It is made from very cheap material and does not match the description at all. I feel scammed by the misleading product representation. This was a waste of my money, and I regret buying from here. Quality of their clothes are really bad. I bought 6 pairs of suits from them which they described as Rayon material and none of them were Rayon. Such cheap quality material that not even wearable at home. Please don't waste your money to Trendia Global. This is my first time purchasing from them. I have used an another site before and the material was much better and the delivery was also smooth.
Speaking about delivery I had to contact them twice regarding my shipment. I received my shipping tracking after I wrote them an email.
To conclude, I don't recommend this site to anyone.

I just love my recent order from Trendia! I ordered a kurta, and a kurta set. Colors were as advertised! The fabric and stitching is beautiful on both items. I especially like the blended material that doesn't wrinkle like cotton and feels cool against your skin. Beautiful detail work!

No order received and no response tlwhen contacting customer service.

Order places 8th December and did not arrive in time for Christmas. Chased order and still no response. Having to chase again but not holding out much hope.

Could not recommend them.
