i have purchased in the past and the only thing appreciated was the low cost of shipping. However this year has been a complete dud. I ordered two different set of orders one for myself and the other for my husband. Neither of them arrived until this week few days back. On top of that quality is absolutely ridiculous, in the pics it looks like some work on the outfits, but its very poor thin fabric ( not linen, cheaply made) print on it. The kurtas for my husband didnt fit him although its regular size and we had been careful about size chart. They said for poor fabric we cant return. Yesterday I emailed to return my husbands kurta, they are asking me to send them pics with measuring tape of body measurements and the kurta measurements and I have to return at my own cost if there was something wrong w the sizes. really are you in the retail world ??? who has this kinda shoddy return polocies... never again... Such a rip off... I would rather buy from Indian silk house or adachikan for nice cotton/ silk outfits. Shame on you Trendia.co.in

My order was delayed for some unknown reasons and people from trendia didn't even care to inform me that it's gonna take more than usual for delivery. Even after 15 days of my order, they don't have any tracking details or a confirmed date of delivery. I ordered this dress for an event and now I ended up wearing one of my older dresses as I was left with no time to buy another dress due to lack of communication from the no existent customer service they have. Most unreliable business with Worst service ever.

Forever wait to receive the item. You will never get an email about tracking number but they will send marketing emails everyday. They say 12/15 days but my product has barely started moving in India after 20 days. Who knows when I will review in the US. Very dissatisfied

They take forever to ship the order. Never buy anything from here

I ordered 6 kurtis and received only 5, when contacted the customer service, they asking for unboxing vedeo, I was unaware that there will be missing item, so no vedeo was taken , very poor customer service

Size say US 2xl but never match it, fits to the large or medium to US size.

Shipping 2 months and size also does not match.. smart customer never buy from here. Totally thug website show something sell something else.I wish I can give -star..

US delivery experience was very bad. I placed the order with paying additional for expedited and the order arrived after 4 weeks. The support team's response was horrible and they said expedited means 'As mentioned on our website we take a minimum of 7-10 business days to deliver the product.' ! That was the derivation of expedited according to them. The quality is NOT worth for the price.

I have placed order almost 3 weeks and sent even email on when will the order be mailed out but no response.

Even after 6 weeks from the date I placed an order I havent got any order update.Happened thrice.
When I reached them they said some items are pending from vendor so we will reimburse you.Same experience twice.

The items purchased can with dirt marks on and having contact led the company they came back with the usual no refunds policy. Product quality is poor and cheap fabric used. Will not be using this site and again and do not recommend either.

Where is my order?!! I ordered on Sep 6th and there’s no news of it? Calls to the given number is always unanswered! Is this a scam?at least answer the call and tell the date of delivery so we know. Disappointing

Items were ordered on the 30th of August. It has been 17 days - 2 days over the 12-15 days standard shipping period. Any communication results in a response saying that the items from the vendor will arrive in 2 days, and then will be shipped. Online chat is flaky at best. I got a response in 6 minutes or less once. Today, I am still waiting 42 minutes for a response.
This website is unable to handle demand. They are also unable to communicate with the customer.

A whole 3 weeks after my order, I was informed that none of the items I ordered are available. I am awaiting a refund of my money - hopefully ASAP.
This whole experience has been disappointing. This was going to be my first order on this site. There will now no longer be any orders from me on trendia.

Worst!!Don’t waste your hard earned money on these scammers! The worst service ever! I placed an order three weeks ago and am still waiting for it to arrive.
Been Following up with their representatives almost every other day.
Every single time, they give the same lame excuse that they have escalated the issue to their team and that my order will be shipped in 24-48 hours.
And to date, it hasn't! It's a scam! Stay away from their website and app.

They charge for shipping 12 to 15 days and I am close to 20 and not even tracking provided. Super rude online agent. I am not even sure if I will be receiving this product and if I receive it then I am sure it is going to be the worst quality. These guys are just online brokers who buy it for cheaper and sell it to make profit. I asked for cancellation and they wouldn't do that either and said one of the product has arrived and they will ship, yet nothing.

Ordered a week ago and shipping confirmation is still not available. This is absolute BS. I asked what is the cancelation policy and I am being told one of the two products has arrived for shipping I stead of canceling the order. They seem to be a 3rd party broker trying to make money.

I ordered a lehenga and a kurta set. The lehenga was not great quality but okay. The color was almost like the picture and the design was also close. However, the kurta set was absolute crap. The material was so cheap and the fit was horrible. It was nothing like the picture. I would say both the lehenga and the kurta were not very professionally made, the stitching and the finishing were poor. The lehenga also had a very cheap lining. Overall the kurta set was a total scam and the lehenga was not that bad but not worth the price.

If possible, I’d give a 0 rating. Worst experience. I was craving some milk sweets and placed an order through website. Be mindful while placing the order they won’t show the shipping time before making the payment. It had been more than 2 weeks now and items haven’t arrived. To make things worse app shows the items are delivered, but they are not. Moreover even if they get delivered they will go to my trash can since they must have been spoiled by now. Such a waste of time and money.

Worse customer service. Becareful about this company. I ordered 2 dress.. same size. One of them they sent me wrong size. I contact them rite away...but they are making it so hard on me. Their live chat is a joke. They disappear on you and never response back. They ask me to send the pic of the dress the one was wrong size..I did. Then they sent another email to take the pic with the measurements and then send the pic...I did. No response ..I called them few times then the customer service response back the pic I sent with measurements that's are not clear enough.. they need another pic. I sent another pic..called them again after send the pic...again no response. They are not sending me any shipping lebel..and making it so hard to return. They said their customer service is 24/7..but you call them they never answer...they never call back. This company is a scam...all they need is your money. Don't get stuck with them. Will never ever buy or recommend this company to anyone
