My experience with Trendouri was terrible from start to finish. I placed an order expecting timely delivery, but the package took weeks to even show tracking movement. Customer service provided generic replies that never addressed my concerns. When the item finally arrived, it looked completely different from the photos—cheap material, poor stitching, and definitely not worth the price.
