Made an online order on the the 3d of December. The order supposed to come in 3 working days. It hasn't arrived and I didn't receive any information that it was shipped. Tried to contact customer services through email and several times through the phone - nobody responded. This is very bad customer services. I can't understand - are they just avoiding or it is a fraud. Will try to reach them again for some days and then will report to authorities.
