Great brand and I had an amazing service experience. Many thanks to Javi for helping me out finding the item I was looking for. I ordered a pair of swimshorts from Trendsplant. however upon delivery they got stolen, which means i had never even seen the product. I got in touch with the customer service team from Trendsplant and explained what happened and asked how to work this out. They answered me within 24 hour and told me that they would take care of it and send me as soon as possible a new swimshort. A few days later i received my order. and both Javi and Rafael, of the Trendsplant team who i was in touch with made sure i received my order and was happy with it. I have to say i have never had such a positive experience with a customer service team, usually it takes a lot of time and you need to fill in numerous documents etc. but with trendsplant they are quick, friendly and want to make it easy for you. I would everybody recommend Trendsplant!
PS the actual swimshorts are great too, so besides great customer service they also offer great products

I am a big fan of Trendaplant. I noticed the brand via social media and before I had a few questions to the team conditionally of the products, which were answered incredibly quickly. The team is very sympathetic! The delivery and processing has been incredibly fast!
Customer service is very high and the quality is great and they do something goods for a better world! I am happy to recommend Trendspant.

First time I order Trendsplant and I will do it again ! The product is awesome, good quality, good packaging ! The brand is futurist, thinking about our planet and produce wisely :) The client service (I talk with Javi, he’s comprehensive, helped so much !) is the best !

I highly recommend this store, the products are of high quality, the online service is excellent (I was attended by Rafa) and as a brand they defend very interesting causes. I really liked the fact that the product I wanted was not available in the online store, but luckily there was in the physical store and they quickly solved it and I was able to place the order. Five stars!

Experience is very good. Shipped within less than 24h. Products are soft as heaven. They even included a chocolate bar in the parcel! The only drawback is that products do not seem thick or heavy. I guess this is because it is a Spanish brand (I am French) but for summer : it seems perfect! For organic products, responsible, I think it is affordable. I am quite excited to see if quality of products will last in time!

First but not last order with Trendsplant. I like the concept, style and products and the customer service is very personal and down to earth. I had a little self made difficulty with the delivery adress an it was quickly and very amicably taken care of. Thanks again, Javi!
