Don't waste your time. Slik website and smooth talk. Predictions 50/50. For example, more than a year ago he predicted 100% for sure crash of real state market in 6 months or less. And quiet few more predictions.
Exceptional Insights

Snake Oil Trends
This site makes the claim that it is a "world leader in trend forecasting" yet fails to provide proof of this, all while promoting pseudoscience and egregious claims that link back to their own site, which can not be viewed unless one pays money!
The author has the nerve to rant about "media whores" yet hides any proof of their claims behind their paywall. All links which support their claims link back to their site and paywall. This is basically a deluxe click-bait site that is always one step away from selling a subscription for those who wish to read their amazing, opinionated contentions.
